Despite its proximity to the airport, this hotel is quiet and offers clean, comfortable rooms and covered parking at a reasonable price. Its breakfast offerings are excellent and there’s also a happy hour (though we didn’t take part). Nice outdoor pool and small gym are available. Across the street are restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket which are nice to have close by. Would definitely stay here again.

I travel for business across the country and this Hampton Inn & Suites has many advantages: location near the airport, safe and free garage parking, truly super clean, spacious, quiet, updated rooms and outstanding hotel staff! There is a shopping plaza including restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. We stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel every day. Nora worked in the breakfast area in such an organized fashion it was fast and easy to get what you wanted to eat and feel safe! The front desk team, Jennifer, Front Office Manager, and Julissa, Sales Coordinator, were awesome! Jennifer made checking in fast, fun and easy! She shared great suggestions and advice regarding places to visit and eat. It makes such a difference when the staff really cares about the guest experience and leads from the front like Jennifer does! She is a Rockstar! Heads up, the Wi-Fi speed was not up to Hilton standards during our stay. It was way too slow. The hotel staff shared they are currently working on improving that and have contacted their Wi-Fi provider. We will be returning to this location on our next Miami trip.…

We had an unexpected stay in Miami due to flight cancellation. Hotel was convenient to airport and provided a shuttle. Nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. Didn’t have bags and they offered complimentary toothbrushes and paste. Very clean and a good breakfast!

If you are wanting to stay here because it has an airport shuttle I would recommend staying at Hilton Blue Lagoon. The shuttle is poorly run. The driver absolutely ignored me at the pick ups zone and I eventually need to take a cab. So much for any courtesy. The rooms are okay but the heating and cooling are pretty noisy. Property access from the road is a real problem too if you have a rental car. Stay the Hilton if you can.

Great 2 room suite setup with lots of space, lovely bathroom, lots of storage and kitchen had full refrigerator, dishes, top burner stove with utensils and a pan. Breakfast 6-10am was very good. Across the street is a convenient shopping center with several restaurants as well as a super market where we had them make us a subway type sandwich or you can pick up any snacks for travels. Hotel has cheaper rates on weekdays.

Excellent service, quick check in. Very quiet and clean and fresh. Perfect location. Everything in walking distance. Stayed overnight for cruise vacation next day. Happy hour and breakfast is included and also airport transfers. Staff is very welcoming and professional.

Our stay started out on the wrong foot. It took 3 phone calls over 1 hour and 20 minutes before your shuttle picked us up at the airport. I was told once that it would be 15 minutes, next call I was told it would be 5 minutes and the third call I got the girl at the desk to agree comp us for a taxi. Before we could gather our luggage and get a taxi your shuttle finally showed up. Since there was no place to sit, we stood the entire time and my knees have been sore since. After we arrived at the hotel, we had a very nice stay.

My wife and I stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel is right across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store and a Cuban restaurant (see separate review). The location made it very convenient for last minute shopping and dinner. Also there is a newer looking Starbucks about a block away. Being on West coast time, we missed the hotel breakfast so Starbucks worked out great. The room itself was comfortable and the walk in shower in the bathroom was spacious. We found the whole property to be clean and in good shape. The hotel airport shuttle only runs hourly and after a long flight we did not want to wait for 35 minutes for the shuttle so we took a taxi. To be honest, if I knew I would take a taxi, I might have stayed elsewhere but overall very happy with this hotel and especially its location.…

We stayed here after a cruise. I called from the ship to see if we could check in early. Was told it would depend on how quickly people checked out. We arrived before 11 am & could check in & get to our room right away. The room appeared to be clean & everything worked okay. Breakfast was okay. Took the shuttle to airport. The shuttle was crowded. The driver was okay. Overall our stay was good & I would stay here again.
