Great customer service. Speedy check in and clean rooms. Was upgraded to larger room with Florida resident discount. Bigger than average size fridge, microwave, west bar area, sofa bed and free hot breakfast. Gated hotel and restricted parking got guests with security guard. Would definitely return. Maybe ten minutes from airport. Glad I stayed here!

By the time I arrived in Miami from NYC, I was exhausted. Miami Int'l airport is the biggest airport I had ever seen. Everything went wrong from the bumpy flight to circlling the airport for an hour to find a gate to land and picking up my luggage on the other side of the airport. I was picked up at...

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff very cordial. Stayed 2 different nights before and After cruise and rooms were clean both times. Fitness centre was clean and spacious. Basic breakfast including toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal...was filling.

We used this hotel on our arrival and departure from Miami check in was quick and the room clean and tidy the breakfast is good with a good choice will definatly use again.the shuttle to and from the airport is realy handy after a long flight.

Staid for a short stopover. My flight was delayed and arrived at 1:30 am at the hotel. Had to take a taxi ($15), since the hotel airport shuttle bus only runs every half hour from 5:00 am until 1:00 am.Check in was very fast, also the checkout. Room was clean, complimentary hot breakfast was good. Swimming pool was ok, not...

Stayed at this hotel in the end of August of this year before our cruise. The hotel provided breakfast, shuttle service to and from the airport and is located close to restaurants, grocery store, fast food, pharmacy and discount shopping. The hotel is is very clean, has great breakfast and a wonderful front desk staff.

Stayed at this hotel in July and again in August of this year. Hotel provided breakfast, shuttle service to and from the airport, with an external party providing a reliable shuttle service to dolphin mall. The hotel is located close to restaurants, grocery, fast food, pharmacy and discount shopping. Cheerful staff on hand to make your stay comfortable. Will stay...

We stayed at this hotel on the last leg of our trip and found it (as with most of the Hampton hotels) very clean, great breakfast and a wonderful front desk staff especially Vicky. This hotel is close to the International airport and car rentals with complimentary shuttle service to and from. We will definitely use it in the future....

The hotel has a good location - near the airport - and with free shuttle service. The bedroom is very big and well furnished just missing a refrigerator. The free breakfast is quite good with all basic options.
