Was impressed! Complimentary pineapple in the room upon arrival, cozy bed and gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. It's a bit more posh than what I am used to (I think they have a Gucci boutique on the main level?) but I still enjoyed it for other things, like the warm outdoor pool which is open until 11...

This hotel was about a 10 minute walk to Brickell Village where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Quite a nice area to walk around in. Rooms very spacious and of a high standard. Pool area was good....service a bit slow. Beach area was inviting and view at night was amazing

I was expecting more from the Manadarin Oriental. The hotel itself is OK, but seems out of date by about 10-15 years. We did have a lovely view of the bay and the room was nice enough, but again, just felt outdated. Particularly the bathroom, with very orangey-yellow marble tile everywhere. I booked a spa appointment and the massage was...

Excellent Property, service and it has its own beach which is unique in Brickell. Fitness center is self service and has plenty of equipment and hardly used. Staff was great ..Only problem is that UBER drivers don't know exactly where it is.

We recently visited the Mandarin for a long weekend post Thanksgiving day. From the moment we arrived, service was exceptional. Special acknowledgement to Jessica at the front desk and Gerald at the lobby bar. We had a junior suite on the 6th floor with beautiful bay and city views. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We received great tips from the...

The hotel turned my ho-hum business trip into an unforgettable experience. It's resort living within a short stroll to Miami's business center.I'm looking...

We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite when the hotel learned we were staying as part of a significant wedding anniversary. The rooms had every conceivable ultra modern convenience. We felt. Totally spoiled. That said the Peruvian restaurant had a menu which you could not read in the dark and the food was a bit complicated for...

The "New Miami" is a place called Brickell Key. The new name for heaven is Mandarin Oriental. We had a suite on the 15th floor, looking over Biscayne Bay and out to the Atlantic. There were Manatees and dolphins in the water below our balcony. The Mandarin Oriental was our weekend home after we'd been indulged on a 10 day...
