We stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise. The hotel is close to the cruise port, and there is a shuttle bus to the port ($8pp). The hotel is also close to a number of restaurants and to the waterfront. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast is of a reasonable quality with plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend a stay, particularly if you plan to pickup a cruise.
I was brought here by my fiancé for my surprise birthday weekend getaway. The price was awesome considering the location and it was not far from the beach areas. The parking was easier than it is explained on their website and the rooms were delightful. Because I am a Hilton Honors member we were awarded an upgrade at no additional fee. We were also greeted by the concierge very joyfully and with professionalism. The front desk was very nice and accommodating to us as I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. I loved everything about this hotel, down to the 6th floor pool. If you are worried about safety they have a security guard on the premises 24hrs a day so any time you are coming in or out you will see them. The security was extremely helpful in ensuring we could get in and out the parking garage without issues, this is because our room key wouldn't scan us in or out. As long as you called the front desk and provided your name and room number this doesn't become a problem at all. The front desk became familiar with us quite quickly. I adored the walking distance to several restaurants as well. There is literally everything to offer food wise so you will have no problem finding some place nice to dine in. Also something you'd want to know breakfast is included with your stay already, and it was really good. They served cold items and hot items and this was awesome as many hotels aren't offering this anymore unless at an additional fee. Their breakfast was really good, my fiancé and I enjoyed ours poolside. If you're looking to travel with a family it is family friendly, but We barely saw any children at all. The rooms were solid we didn't hear any one in the hallway or in another room. When we were leaving out the room I heard a vacuum since housekeeping was cleaning up another room. But while inside with the room door closed I didn't hear anything at all, It was very peaceful. that is a plus when traveling for leisure.…
We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was great. Every staff member was happy to answer any questions and assist as needed. I was impressed by how nice guests were treated by the hotel staff and that includes everyone - the front desk staff, housekeeping staff, breakfast room staff and the lovely gentleman who kept the receptacles emptied and the lounge area clean. There are many restaurants and shops nearby with a grocery store only a few blocks away. We would not hesitate to stay again.
We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Brickell as part of a conference venue. The Hampton Inn is well located in downtown Miami, walking distance to the metro rail and other local attractions downtown. Upon arrival, the reception desk were friendly and professional, allowing us to check in early, whilst also offering a room upgrade which was appreciated. The room itself was modern and spacious, looking like it had been not long renovated. The only small gripe we had with the room was that the A/C was a little temperamental, often turning off for no reason, and also the curtains would not fully close. This appeared to be a design issue as there was no curtain rail across the whole window, yet the only other curtain was voile meaning the light still flooded in. We managed to resolve with some coat hangers to pin together to allow for enough darkness. We also enjoyed the breakfast options at the hotel, with the communal areas providing enough seating even in prime breakfast hours. Lunch which was part of the conference package left a lot to be desired with make your own sandwiches being the only option. The conference facilities themselves were perfectly fine and offered all that was required. All in all a good stay.…
Newly renovated rooms with fridge and microwave.Mod and very comfortable Rather expensive but worth it. Excellent breakfast, also restaurants all around. Very short walk from Brickell station. Train from Miami airport, stops there $3.75. Cheap shuttle to the docks.
*If taking an Uber - it will take you to 10th St and not 12th as needed. There app for the address in each car we took was wrong. Hotel is located right where you want to be! One block over on S Miami Ave you will find lots of places to eat and catch cocktails if needed. We stayed here prior to heading to our cruise ship and they DO have a shuttle that cost $8 per person and have select times for leaving the hotel and you can only sign up the day before you are taking the shuttle to the port. The shuttle will collect the payment and shake you down for a tip - I promise you. I tipped outside when dropping my luggage off to them, then when I paid inside while driving to the port they implied about tipping when collecting the ticket payment. Hotel was nice, clean, and like I mentioned - well located. …
Best value hotel stay. Went for business trip. Great location, great rooms and customer service. The best was the blueberry mojitos @ the bar by Mirella!! She’s wonderful! Great service and great drinks.
We went to the Hampton Inn Miami Brickell for 2 nights prior to leaving for a cruise from Miami. We were greeted by Nikki who was so pleasant and friendly. She "bonded" right away with my 84 year old mother and made our check in very quick and simple. Nikki also provided us with bar coupons to use at our leisure. She was assisted by Ziv who was also really friendly and fun. Hotel was great with a terrific room and pool to enjoy. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going on a cruise as it is fairly close to the port, and all the action in Miami Brickell.
Great stay, the room was clean, tidy and quite spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice enough with a good selection of cheeses and meats plus a cooked option. It's in a good location close to the MetroMover plus a lot of restaurants close by. I would certainly stay again.
Just an overnight after a cruise . . . but love this place . . . the clean, modern design is a treat and match up to good service and comfort. Roomy. Indoor/out door bar very welcoming & great views. Just wish they had a simple cafe . . . but the recommended take out pizza was fast, fresh & tasty.
