Enjoyed a recent experience at this Miami. Wonderful to see the hotel setup for the holidays. The evening hot chocolate bar created many smiling faces, warm and friendly staff that understands service excellence, recently renovated rooms, great views--all combined, create a lasting memory. If your stay permits, enjoy the Sunday brunch--it is an event.
We really enjoyed our recent weekend stay. We spent most of the time by the pool which was a complete highlight. Best pool service ever (beats the 1 hotel) and lovely extras like snacks and drinks throughout the day. The pool is HUGE and there were so many seats that I never felt cramped. Never staying in South Beach again… The room was great! Sure, not totally modern but it was very comfortable, clean, large and cozy at the same time. Ceilings were around 15 ft and there was plenty of storage room. Bathroom was massive and had one of the best, deepest tubs. I loved the window seat which was really comfy, and the bed was great. My small pieces of advice would be - add a smoothie bar or coffee shop in the hotel, upgrade the in room dining menu (didn’t feel very high end or look tasty), and redo the carpet throughout the hallways (I think this would be a huge upgrade and not too much of a lift). You could also replace the shower heads with something that looks more modern/clean. Thanks for a great stay.…
My stay at FS Miami was nothing short of AMAZING especially with super friendly staff that made my stay worthwhile! Messaging via the FS chat was super easy , the staff were accommodating of every request and fulfilled and exceeded my expectations! The star employees who made my stay incredible were EVELYN , JADE , SAMUEL , NICHOLAS , NICO, YELENY and MARIA ! Specifically NICOOOO omg he is full of energy and I wouldn’t be surprised if he got promoted in the very near future! JADE also went above and beyond, she was attentive , sharp and genuine! There’s only one thing I would change or add, it would be to have the staff at the restaurant wear name tags as well just like the hotel staff as it really helps and makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back to this property! …
Gorgeous hotel, in a wonderful area of Miami. Beautiful grounds, with a beautiful pool and hot tub area. We really liked the bar, Edge, and had a fun time there. The bathroom was spacious and nicely appointed. We were surprised there was no soundproofing in the hotel—you could hear voices in the hall easily.
It was as nice as the other four seasons we have stayed so far. Only thing is that they still use animal tested bath products (Kiehls and Diptique) whereas there are many other luxury costmetics which smell at least as good and are not conducted on cruel animal tests. It would be nice if they would upgrade their choice of bath products (e.g. Aesop or similar) . The staff is very attentive and pay attention to each detail. I really think the Four Seasons is even better than the Ritz Carlton in terms of guest service as well. Well done!
The newly remodeled rooms are a nightmare. They took an elegant hotel icon and sanctuary of Brickell and turned it in to a cheap, cheezy, cruise line decor. This is an upper class, luxury business and resort destination - not South beach!!! Management should say STOP to any further renovation! No desk as before, chairs in the rooms that are almost wooden sticks instead of the plush comfortable chairs of the past, tables almost not big enough to put a room service tray on. No credenza under TV and ZERO drawers to put your clothes. No mini bar and snacks. Lighting is horrible. Bathroom and closet are okay. Why did they waste their precious time and their money in this? Four Seasons Ft Lauderdale new design is much better, as is Palm beach. I’m not sure this even reflects the Four Seasons brand, and is certainly a black eye. If it wasn’t for the amazing staff who are like family I would be looking for a new place to call home in Brickell.…
The valet parking damaged my door and refused to fix it. Easy to contest they didn’t do it. Not only the valet it’s $35 each time but on top of it they are not careful and not responsive. I requested assistance with the manager of the valet and yet refused to admit the damage to my car.
We held a conference at the Four Seasons in Miami. From the time I checked in to check out, the staff was courteous, professional and very friendly and helpful! The banquet staff were amazing to work with and remained flexible when we had last minute request. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing; rooms are large.
Damione the head concierge and Nico his assistant took care of our every need with kindness and grace The arrival was effortless. Very nice gym room and pools Stunning Botero sculptures and othe great art.
From the moment we arrived, our visit was a pleasure. Two enormous Boteros greeted our art loving eyes on the first floor followed by another on the 7th floor lobby level. The art delighted us at each turn. THEN the staff...what can I say, Les Clefs d'Or concierge,Damion, and concierge Nico took care o f us with grace, good humor and endless style. It is worth choosing this hotel to have their light shine on you. The pool area has ample shade as well as sun-advantaged spots and the pool staff delighted by passing small "bites" or sips from time to time. These small delights make the difference between "business as usual" and superb. Come to meet Damion and stay to luxuriate in the unexpected. This was a Four Seasons visit that delivered more than expected. It's the people that make the difference.…
