Going to try to remain fair with the facts of this review. Reception staff polite and efficient. Hotel close to cruise terminal and includes a shuttle service. In a great position to see downtown Miami. However the hotel itself is very run down and not in great condition. The room we stayed in was so small two adults could hardly...

We stayed there for one night and it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The door on the room was able to close just if you lock them and was broken. There was disgusting and terrible smell coming from AC which was not working properly at all. The building from outside looks like there was somebody killed....

Where do I begin? On the positive, it was close to the cruise terminal and had shuttle service to there. Otherwise, worst hotel we have ever stayed in since we have been traveling thirty years! Lobby staff unfriendly. We were assigned a family suite even though there were just two of us. Carpet was bunched up and frayed in spots...

Reception okay and staff friendly. Very run down tatty hotel. One thin towel, no hot water. Air conditioning too noisy had to switch off. Literally right next to overhead rail. Bed very small in between single and double. No furniture. Weak lock on door and someone kept knocking at 4.00 am. Breakfast was a joke. Toast and cake, coffee but...

Location is spot on if you want to be in downtown Miami or even to take an Uber over to the island/beach doesnt cost more than 15$. Close to stores, bayfront park, bus route. The rooms are super basic, not very well maintained but from my impression nevertheless clean. The wifi was also more or less working, depending on the...

Lobby looks ok, hallways - old carpet, ceiling tiles falling down, door to maintenance room is off the hinges, paint is peeling in the rooms, old carpet. In 45 years of trvelling this has got to be one of the poorest maintained place I have ever stayed. Staff were very nice and helpful

Room smells disgusting, everything is extremely old and in bad condition. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and smelled bad. Door was broken and it wouldn't lock properly, I was scared to spend a night there as it was so horrible. Would not recommend to anyone, with the same price you can get a lot better hotel.

Location is spot on if you want to be in downtown Miami. Close to stores, bayfront park, bus route. The rooms were super basic, but VERY clean, fresh linens and towels. Cable good, wifi is ok depending on which room you are in. It can be spotty at times. That's why I give this hotel 4/5 stars (wifi is important...
