Excellent customer service the minute we got dropped off at the door. Welcomed with smiles and great scents in the lobby. Clean. Distinguished. We got free goodie bag that consisted of two bottles of water and a voucher for the bar. We did eat breakfast the next day and it paid for part of it. Wonderful room. Great products for shampoo, body wash and even pillow spray. We were on the 23rd floor and had a wonderful balcony to hang out on. I would definitely stay here again!

The room and the view is great, the facilities are good enough with gym , water refill facilities and yoga classes. But the service especially room cleaning is very bad. First day we arrive the shampoo bottle is empty, had to ask for a refill and it took a while. The next day, we made sure the room needs to be cleaned even thought there is no sign or notice that we need to ask for one. But guess what, no cleaning was done when we get back by 9PM ( we left at 11am and when we ask the front desk it was 10.45 and they assured ud that cleaning start at 11) so we had to ask again the next day. So for 4 days we stayed, we had to make sure the room is clean everyday. The hotel does not offer any tour and the front desk are not helpful enough to share any info about what to do. So you are on your own. The hotel is also not able to help for any taxi so Uber app is a must. So for a marriott hotel it was not a good experience for us unless maybe you live here and stay in the hotel for conference or cruise.

The hotel was fine, but getting the final bill was impossible. After checking out, we received an extra charge of more than $400 to our credit card. I called the front desk and the Marriott office 4 times to ask for the final bill. Although every time they promised they would send it to me, but it never arrived.

Hotel by the water, a room with a view of cruise ships passing by. We could see both the sunrise and the sunset from our bed. The view was breathtaking! The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There is a mini shopping promenade just by the hotel (it is actually a cluster of hotels). There is also an assortment of eateries nearby - just go through the doors from the reception, and you can either shop for clothes, get a massage, get your hair styled , have a manicure /pedicure or just have breakfast! There are a number of restaurants to choose from - from breakfast places, to dinner - international cuisine! If you are religious, there is a church right outside the hotel with services in English and Spanish. The people at the reception were friendly and helpful, but the doormen were fantastic. They are an efficient group of people. I warmly recommend this hotel. PS. Inform the reception if you want your room cleaned.

BEWARE: My traveling party and I were blatently lied to by 2 managers and received such shockingly bad service, I wrote to Marriott CEO regarding the unethical behavior. I promised the manager that I would take the time to write about my experience (which could have and should have just been resolved at the hotel). When my friend and I went to check in at midnight after a long travel day and we had a problem, I asked the employee working the desk if we could talk to the manager. When he came out he was aggressive and combative indicating that we were at fault instead of the hotel...which we were not - escalating the situation. Mistakes happen and I understand that. Not once did the manager apologize. After 30 minutes of going back and forth he finally agreed to a resolution that we found palatible. I did not trust that he would do what he said and asked at least 4 times (my friend says I asked more than that) if he promised he would do what he said. The next morning when we went down to resolve with him according to plan, he was gone. We had a lovely desk employee - who was THE only person to apologize and asked her to get the manager on duty. The manager finally came out and was as aggressive and combative off the bat as the night duty manager. Repeatedly throughout the conversation, we indicated we were shocked that neither she nor the night manager ever once apologized. Each and every time she just stared at us. it was unbelievable. My teenage boys knew how to deescalate better than that when they had jobs! Bottom line, she finally agreed to call the night manager and came back and told us he said he never agreed to his resolution. To add insult to injury, she suggested we get breakfast and check back in 30 minutes. We paid $85 for a couple of eggs and coffee! Which of course she refused to refund. There is a lovely Hilton property right next store. I would stay there. After quite a bit of time invested in talking to the CEO staff, we finally recieved the agreed upon resolution. I don't recall ever being so blatently lied to and I advised the leadership team at Marriott that they have a serious ethical issue and at the least, the need to train the managers.

Fantastic service even during a tropical storm during a festival. Got extra towels really quick and room service was top notch. Lobby was extremely nice even with the issue of soaking wet guests coming in. Would definitely stay again. 10/10

Loved the room and the housekeeping was excellent. Room Service wasn't great but everyone worked hard to rectify the situation - a sign of a hotel that cares. I use a wheelchair and except for the accessible bathrooms on the main floor not having automatic door openers (I had to ask for assistance which meant I had to wait,) the spaces were generally open and easy to access. I left my umbrella behind at the front desk and staff mailed it out to my next location - very helpful staff including Xavier Spaniol, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk were quick to send it. We always try and stay at the Marriott whenever we travel and both appreciate the service at every one.

I stayed in this hotel with my family during 2 days for my sister's wedding. We had a great time and enjoyed this property. However, I am extremely disappointed at the Customer Service of the staff. After I left, I was charged $105.00 I was told I could use for my breakfast on the departure day as part of the Destination Fee included in the price of our 3 rooms. The night before, I stopped by the Front Desk and I specifically asked the Front Desk Agent on duty if I was allowed to use it the next morning for breakfast and he told me yes, as long as I used it twice during my stay in different days (we had $70.00 for each room) As a Front Desk Supervisor, I know exactly how the process is and that's why I asked first before going to the restaurant. We went the next morning and used $105.00 that at the moment was discounted from our bill but later was added once we left the property. It's been almost a month since I reached the staff, I sent emails, I talked with the Front Desk Manager Maria... it is very disappointing no one ever gave an answer to me or at least tried to give an explanation. Honestly, it is not about the money. It's about the way they handled the situation. It's a shame such a wonderful property had such terrible customer service and the staff so poorly trained to offer an excellent experience to the guests.
