Great location, very close to restaurants in Brickell and great service and staff. Our Room was very clean, modern and bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool was nice, and had a bar with happy hour specials. You can also order food as well. Gym was ok, not huge, and had the bare minimum equipment for a quick workout.

Service at the restaurant from the lobby is horrible. One of the servers came took the order, never came back to our table, not even once, they weren’t crazy busy at all! Drinks came in at the same time with the food 25 minutes later, meantime everyone else was getting served and checked on even though we got there first and when we asked about why our drinks were being so late, exactly at the same exact time with the food other server said “One moment” and never came back up until we had to wait again and ask for our check because no one was looking or checking at all on our table, they expect you to do their job and notice them for anything, even for the drinks they forgot to make for us even though they were staring at us the whole entire time, never checked on us after the food was dropped, nothing at all! The ignorance and the disrespect that you will receive at this place is 10/10!! They also include the gratuity because otherwise based on their actual service they would get 0$ so they just have to force it! Good job Novotel on picking staff!…

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this newer and fresh Novotel. Location was good, in Brickell, but not as great as some other hoteld in the area, more centrally located. This is one of the better Novotels, as I am quite familiar with the brand. Tasteful common areas, spacious and nicely furnished rooms, good service, friendly staff in cafe and bar, as well as from front desk. The only minuses are location and the fact that it was way too expensive (well, high season). Look forward to stay there again soon, especially if the price is right.

Great hotel that is beautiful and trendy. Rooms are clean and updated with nice bathrooms. Lobby is pretty with a decent bar. The pool area is great with views of Miami and DJ on Saturdays. The best part of the hotel is the friendly knowledgeable and courteous staff. Angel was so professional and I really can’t say enough about the level of service he provided. Late checkout was wonderful, the room had incredible views on a high floor Thank you Novotel for employing such a great staff. Thank you Angel for making our stay so amazing . We will definitely be back!

We really love the time we spent there, it was clean and safe, also the workers were very helpfull, very good size the room and great location. Unfortunaly we only spent a few days there, for me was enough to se how good was this place.

We stayed here for a couple of nights with our teenage daughters and had a lovely experience. The parking & breakfast package was perfect -- and this is a WAY better breakfast than most of the chains who include breakfast. Perhaps it's because the Novotel gets a lot of European customers who have higher expectations, who knows. But location was great for short jaunts to Miami Beach or Wynwood Walls, and esp to Little Havana. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't prioritize on being walking distance to the beach.

This a great option if you want to stay near downtown Miami/Brickell. Pro: very conveniently located, but just outside the very busy Brickell area, close to a supermarket and pharmacy, very clean rooms and bathrooms, no shower curtains (I think those are disgusting), comfortable beds, nice view, Lavazza coffee machine in rooms, friendly staff. Cons: room supplies were not replenished everyday (soap, coffee and water), restaurant service is excruciatingly slow if there are more than a few people, the breakfast buffet is uninspiring (don’t include in your price, just go downtown for breakfast).

I was very impressed with the Novotel in every way. It was very clean (which is huge for me) affordable, the room was a good size, and the food at their restaurant was much much better than I expected! Dont hesitate to choose this hotel over much more expensive Miami options.

Front desk Ayanna Kennedy and Sabrina slay! The whole front desk gang are helpful and responsive. Smiles and help abound. Location is near everything I need or want to do. Rooms are just enough space and decor and cleanliness are solid & consistent.
