We had two rooms - a cabana room and a room in the main building. Loved the balcony on the cabana room. Nice view of the pool and being able to look across at the tops of palm trees. The staff really tried to make everything perfect and it showed. Everyone was very friendly. The location was fantastic - just...

Arrived here WAY before our room was supposed to be ready, after a heinously early flight from New York. We'd been told beforehand we'd be welcome to spend the waiting hours at the pool or using guest privileges at the hotel's beach operation (in itself generous, since we technically weren't guests yet), but we were not only checked-in on the...

National Hotel is a great location right on Collins and beachfront. The hotel is beautiful, clean and service was very good. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Our room was a bit strange though in an exit stairwell hallway, I've never encountered this before. It offered extra privacy I suppose, but felt a little isolated. Mixed feeling about that?...

I would absolutely go here again! A couple of friends and I stayed here for four nights as a mini vacation to celebrate our milestone birthdays. Despite the time of year being typical college spring break, this hotel was a slice of peace and quiet. The front desk, concierge, and bell staff were perpetually friendly, attentive, and accurate. The hotel...

Took a quick break from the NY winter weather and headed down to The National Hotel in South Beach. The hotel is located in a great location on Collins Ave and offers beach access. The hotel offers two pools, a couple of bars and other amenities. Like most hotels in the area the rooms are rather small but are very...

Let me say first that I am writing this review from the balcony of my Cabana suite at the National Hotel. A beautiful room that overlooks the pool. Simply beautiful night here, the pool and palm trees as my view. I stayed at the National Hotel as a stop over on my way to Aruba. I had not booked this...

Poor service at check in. We requested adjoining rooms, not available, we requested rooms on same floor, NA, we booked King room, NA. We called later in the day to see if they could fix it, they tell us they have a room, we pack all our stuff, no room available, mistake by staff. The least they could have done...

We loved our stay at the National! The ocean view was phenomenal, the outdoor pools much better than expected in terms of layout and decor, and proximity to the beach and Lincoln pedestrian mall made the visit exceptional. Neysi was very helpful at the front desk getting us the best available room. Ricardo at the beach took good care of...
