The apartment is fine, complete and has all the amenities (although it is not like in the photos.
However, there were issues that left me dissenting:
1- We asked for an apartment for 3 people and there was only a double bed and a three body armchair that was not a sofa bed. They also did not prepare sheets to accommodate the armchair as if it were a bed.
2- Although it has full kitchen, with dishwasher included, at no time we were provided detergent or product for it (or sponges).
3- There was no replacement of either shampoo and conditioner or soap. We had to buy apart because they give you very little for the number of people and days.
4- The air conditioning made a very loud noise, to such an extent that it had to be turned off to sleep.
5- The pool is dirty in sight and stays heated until the days of high temperatures, which did not allow us to enjoy it.
6- Attention from the hotel staff was regular. They attended us well but not eagerly, sometimes it seemed that they bothered to do their job.
7- The beach staff is very bad. They give you the umbrellas (which have to be paid separately, USD20) without desire and at 5 pm they take them out because they leave. Keep in mind that at that time the sun is very strong and they could be used until 20 h when the sun begins to set.
8- While the resort is located in a nice area, there are no markets or places to eat nearby.
9- The hygiene of the place is not very good. The day we arrived we saw sand on one of the carpets in the hallway and they just cleaned it on the fifth day of our stay (the day we were leaving).
10- Elevators are not so modern, so they take a long time to brake and perform their function.

Bad service. Bad attention.
We took an apartment for 3 people and had to assemble the third bed in an armchair ourselves and order the sheets xq never brought them. While the apartment is spacious and comfortable the AA makes too much noise and it is impossible to turn it off. The beach service 5:30 is cut and although at 16 we were charged 20 dollars x an umbrella that does not include the service at the time they took it with the 2 pastries. Bad attention as the sun was full. The kitchen is complete but there is not even a sponge or detergent, there is a dishwasher but there is no product for it. All that next to cleaning is charged extra. Only one elevator worked....

Aparthotel on middle beach a little far from everything, no supermarket or restaurant nearby. Super two-bedroom apartment with three beds, equipped kitchen, living room and balcony. We changed on the first day to avoid side A to G because the spotlights in the building opposite light the room all night and an electrical system makes a hell of a racket. Ask for Indian Creek view because upstairs you will have a breathtaking view of downtown Miami. No room service throughout the stay so you have to ask for towels at reception but this is not explained on arrival so surprising. Dated exteriors and minimalist swimming pool but direct access to the superb beach with deckchair (be careful they remove everything at 5 p.m. sharp) and promenade which takes you either to south or north beach (very long distance bike rental is recommended). A restaurant present within the establishment from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. quality to be reviewed and terrible prices. Absolutely free trolley to travel around Miami Beach right at the exit. Do not be surprised on arrival, tourist tax and deposit requested, it will be refunded to you 48 hours after your departure.

Do not stay. The room was terrible there were chunks of tiles missing. The carpet had chunks of tile under carpet also which really hurt to walk over. The kitchen was not stocked just 2 small pots and one very beat up frying pan that was not even flat it was all curvy so it made it difficult to cook. The dishwasher did not clean dishes we cleaned our own. The room and lobby has cockroaches I was eating my dinner and one came out. Completely disgusting. The pool closes at 5:30 even though it says sunset and it’s not that clean it’s actually nasty. The woman security guard was outside and taking pictures of me and my family which was extremely uncomfortable. She came right up to my husband and was recording him with her personal phone and taking pictures of my daughters with her personal phone. The bed felt like it was broken due to every time we laid down we both went straight to the middle of the bed. The walls are so thin. You have to pay laundry with your phone on a special app which is crazy why it wouldn’t take quarters. I don’t want to put my card out there but had no other choice. The place smells of weed in the halls and elevators. The parking garage needs to be more well lit. The only good thing about this stay was the beach access. I won’t ever be back here. Avoid if at all possible.

Reviewing the reviews a week before we traveled we worried with my family a bit, because we had high expectations of this place. Upon arrival, we observed that the facade is in maintenance so it looks a little cluttered, however, once we entered, it met our expectations, a very spacious suite, with an amazing view, we had the wonder of waking up every day observing the vastness of the sea just by opening the curtains, very comfortable rooms, the kitchen equipped for different preparations (coffee maker, oven, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator), spacious and cozy living and dining room. The location is excellent, it has immediate point to move by trolley or bus to the different destinations of the city.

Very disappointed. We wrre there for 3 nights, no room service, only 1 garbage bag and would not supply more. Not sure when pics were taken but this hotel is nothing like them. Very rundown building, chunks of balcony above were missing. We were a party of 4 adults and 1 child in 2 bedroom unit in an Oceanview room. Only 1 small couch and 1 chair, kitchen had full appliances but no kitchen cooking utensils, no coffee maker no dish soap.
Bathrooms had extreme shortage of towels and only 1 facecloth for all of us, despite asking several times for more never got any.
No one at reception or housekeeping ever answered the phone so had to go down for any requests which were usually ignored or flat out refused. Front desk staff rude and clearly did not care.
Restaurant was not open and quite a distance to anywhere else.
Pool was very hot water and run down chairs and umbrellas. Only allowed 2 beach chairs despite 5 people in our party (extra charge for more)
Tiki bar area closed and small poolside bar area dirty and expensive.
Would not recommend.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Seacoast Suites offers beautiful ocean views if you have an ocean view suite. That is about all it offers. We stayed in a deluxe king two bedroom suite and had far from a deluxe experience.

The service is generally lacking. For a four star hotel, I would expect a friendly and helpful front desk, in suite carpet that is not grossly stained, wash cloths, and bath towels that are at least thicker than the skinniest gym towel, but that is not what we found.

The front desk staff more often than not greets guests with a hostile attitude. The WiFi does not work and required a visit with the hotel’s IT technician. The fully equipped kitchen was indeed not fully equipped. The bathrooms did not have a floor mat to keep the floor from getting slippery and there were no wash cloths. There were bath towels, but they were as skinny as one could find. The bedrooms had dingy carpet, minimal bedding, and uncomfortable mattresses.

Only two beach chairs are included with your stay and the beach towels are incredibly thin as well.

Please save your hard earned money and choose another hotel.

We booked this apartment for our winter vacation in Miami Beach via airbnb. The check in is very efficient as the reception is similar with the one of hotels. Location of the apartments complex is very good, somewhere in the middle of Collins Av, with the Miami Beach Trolley station just in front of the building (it is free, charming though rather slow) with direct access on the beautiful and long beaches of Miami Beach. The building itself is ok but dated and needs urgent investment - a bad smell hits you from the entrance and persisted all the time during our almost 2 weeks there. From doors to elevators, pool, underground parking and surroundings all is in need of refurbishment and investment including the apartment. This latest, while being big and full of light, had a permanent bad (old) smell which we could get rid of even when leaving the doors open for fresh air long time (we tried to do it and in few hours we received a written notice under the door from the reception threatening they will enforce our guarantee as... their policy is to keep the doors closed🤣🤣🤣).
All furniture is very old and deteriorated, a door of one bedroom was missing, balcony furniture was really rusty, closets doors are ancient, fridge was the noisiest we have ever seen, windows towards the ocean were the dirtiest we ever seen, night lamps were missing the bulbs, the carpet was ancient and very dirty, etc. The weather was beautiful in Miami during our stay inviting for early go to the beach before the hot weather occurence. Unfortunately, the guy with the sunbeds never came before 10 am and the towals guy and the pool opened at 9:30 am (when a lot of people are leaving in order to avoid the hot sun related risks). On top of this, the sunbeds guy was then collecting all sunbeds the latest at 5 pm.
All in all, a nice location poorly run and maintained, in urgent need of investment, very expensive for the quality offered.

Horrible hotel! I don't even know where to begin, but if you have ever seen Schitts Creek, then know that would be an upgrade as well.

First, the rooms are nothing like the photos on their website. The photos have been brightened so that you don't see the many imperfections. The staff is not great, and the amenities are completely lacking compared to even basic hotel standards.
The odor of mold and mildew is overwhelming, and evident throughout much of the property. Unfortunately, none of the windows have screens, so opening them resulted in tons of mosquitos, but it's better than the coughing and watery eyes that you will get from the mold. The building is in serious disrepair, with peeling paint, cracking walls, exposed spalling of concrete, dirty and poorly maintained.

The furniture is modern, but dirty, falling apart, and not clean. Beds are uncomfortable and linen is worn and dirty. 1 roll of toilet paper is all you get, and you can't get more. They don't even provide face cloths in the bathroom! Worn, dirty carpet made our socks smell.

Paint is mismatched and walls have clearly been patched numerous times. There is a lot of peeling paint and evidence of mold with standing water in numerous places around the property. Noisy air conditioner did not function properly most of the time.
The laundry room is a complete joke. The washers/dryers have instructions to scan a QR code to operate them, but the QR code goes to a pill splicer??? Calling down to the front desk, they said you have to purchase a laundry card, but nothing in the laundry room states this. They said the card is $5, (although the machines state $2 each) so I purchased the card, then was told that was for the card only, and you have to "load" the card with a minimum of $10!!!!

Kitchen had microwave with plastic that fell off when I opened the door. Button missing from the blender, no soap, scratched and peeling teflon pans....etc.
NOTHING is clean, everything is in disrepair and cheap, and this is not a cheap place to stay.

Private party taking place in pool area resulted in loud music and noise until midnight, making sleep impossible.

The restaurant charges $14 for 2 eggs, a hash brown patty (like the ones you get at McDonalds) and a cup of coffee that has clearly sat there for days, it was so bad (worst coffee I have ever had in my life). They don't have basic condiments like honey. The restaurant is dingy and unclean.

Not only did this hotel feel unclean, but it felt unsafe as well. Multiple sagging floors, (you actually felt like you were walking downhill in all the rooms), exposed concrete spalling, standing water, rust and general disrepair had us praying the building wouldn't fall down.

Please, please, please, do yourself a favor, and go anywhere but here. I find it incomprehensible that this place hasn't been shut down.

My travel agent booked a Girl's Trip weekend for me and 6 friends. Upon our arrival we we're informed of daily resort fee $45.60 per day (includes beach chairs, services of housekeeping, and gym. Parking was $40 per day.

Plus a $500 security deposit, thats to be refunded at the end of our stay!

Upon going into our 3 room condo, we noticed that the dining table chairs were white leather that was nasty and stained. We called the front desk and ask if they could give us another room. They said there were no rooms available due to rolling loud, and a salsa festival in the area. They came and exchanged the chairs.

We also noticed that the air vents are dirty and areas where touch up paint was done, the paint was a satin white, applied to an flat white paint.

We went to the pool the next morning and the chair pads were molded, stained, and disgusting. I've attached pictures for proof!

Please DO NOT STAY HERE, this place needs to go under a total renovation. It's flat out disgusting
