Bad experience. Weather very cold! No heating at the hotel! When I have asked for I heater i was told they do not have (and I was paying more than $ 400 per day!). They answered, "well this is Miami".... . It is better not to talk about it! Imagine!!!

My wife and I and another couple went there last year.We had a terrific time. The rooms are a little small but very neat.Great location not in the heart of South Beach.A short cab ride will take you to some very nice restaurants or stay here at Essenia which is also a fine restaurant. The pool and the beach are steps away...

I just returned from spending 9 nights at the hotel, including two weekends. Overall, it is a nice hotel with updated rooms. My largest complaint was that I asked for a quiet room when I booked the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they gave me one right across from the elevator. I immediately went down to change my...

My husband and I were supposed to be staying at Circa 39 but when we got there they had moved us to the Palms - yeeha. It was a fantastic hotel, beautiful gardens/pool area with access to the beach. Great bar (especially the staff) good food, but they do add 18% tip to all the bills - it would be...

We decided on this hotel for our destination wedding because of the location and the fact that it had everything we were looking for all in one place. The event came off without a hitch, like a hot knife through butter! We originally wanted to have the wedding right on the beach but decided against it due to the potential...

I am a fan of smaller, more quaint hotels and this fit the bill. Much more manageable and less intimidating than the FountainBleau just up the beach. Was here for businesses so not much beach or pool time but all areas were very well-kept, clean, bright, open. The place was not that crowded. There were children, older people and a...

I stayed at the Palms for 5 days. The first impression is a Nice, comfortable and well organized hotel. I booked through a convention agency but since I received my confirmation I contacted directly to the hotel for some special request such as a crib because I travelled with my 9m-0 baby and my sister. When we arrived my room...

I don't get it. With so many hotels in this area. I don't understand how they get these prices. Stayed here because the wedding was here. Nice venue for that Rooms especially the bathrooms are so small. Gym was tiny too. Expensive food and drinks. They add 18% to everything. Would never stay here again.
