Stayed here years prior. Now under new ownership. Awful. Terrible. Smelled, dirty, loud. Horrid location. Don't book this one. Enjoyed our time have ceviche and drinks. Miami Beach has become pretty dirty overall.

It's with sadness that I write this review. When you book a hotel room for a so called dream vacation you don't expect unpleasantness, specially paying almost $200 a night. They say you get what you pay for, sometimes it's not true. I made extensive search to choose a hotel in Miami and decided to choose this one based on...

This is a very nice hotel just a black away from Ocean Drive! As it was to be expected, it can be noisy on occasions. But this had a lot to do with other guests who came to Miami to party. We had the Deluxe Loft Suite which was perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old boy. The reception is...

This was the worse hotel I've ever stayed at in Miami. The bathroom was filthy, the receptionist was rude, and there were waterbugs in the room. Complaints to the front desk went unanswered. There were tons of people hanging around the hotel in the front, not too friendly looking either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed one night at the Franklin. Here are the positive points for this hotel: location is great, and room was comfortable but very basic. Bathroom was spacious -- price was reasonable. Negative points: we were unable to enter our room before 3:00 even though the hotel did not appear full. We found out that our luggage was kept in...

Could not rave about this place enough. I stayed here with 6 other girlfriends and we got the 2 bedroom apartment. For one this place is right in the middle of all the action if you're coming to party. Literally around the corner from the beach , and the workers there were the best. So accommodating. We were taking a...

The title says it all. Friendly, attentive staff who fell over themselves to help us, especially Rosie. We stayed in the apartment room for a couple of days (which was lovely and comfortable) and then hotel room for one night. Both were exceptionally clean and very quiet and the hotel room in particular was very modern. The Hotel is just...

We stayed here one night and i chose the hotel based on trip advisor reviews. I was not disappointed. We had a room on the third floor at the back of the adjoining building. The room was spacious and very modern, looked brand new and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was very quiet despite being in the...

We arrived with very unpolite taxi driver to hotel. Contrast was huge. Receptionist was polite and smiling. He also helped us to find our room. Room was small but clean and quiet. And hotel locates in heart of Miami Beach. As curiosity we forgot a lot of our clothes in our closet. We called after three days and got all...

I chose this place because of the price point for a medium-tier hotel in the Art Deco district. We stayed 1 night before leaving on a cruise out of Miami. Overall I was extremely pleased with my stay at Jetset Franklin. South Beach is steps away, along with all of the restaurants and nightlife that accompany it. The front desk...
