Hotel Victor South Beach impresses guests with its sophisticated Art Deco ambiance and comfortable rooms, often celebrated for their size and modern amenities. While the hotel's prime, tranquil location on Ocean Drive is highly praised for beach access and closeness to South Beach attractions, its range of amenities, including a clean pool and complimentary bicycles, add to the experience despite desires for improvements like brighter room lighting.
The staff's exceptional service is frequently lauded, contributing to the hotel's memorable stays, though some guests note room comfort and billing issues when considering the hotel's value.

Laura on the overnight front desk was the best!! She had much needed sympathy for my wife and I traveling with our daughter and her friends on her sweet 16! The restaurant staff was also excellent at all hours, didn't catch all of their names, but so many nice people!

We stayed at the Hotel Victor for a couple of nights following arrival in Miami on a cruise. We chose the hotel because of it's location and history, and it certainty didn't disappoint. The hotel is in the perfect location, and the beaches opposite the hotel are great and a perfect starting point to walk the length of the beach toward the harbour.
You can borrow beach chairs from the hotel, rather than hiring chairs on the beach (which are expensive!!). We wish we had done that and just bought a cheap umbrella from one of the many shops along the strip.
When arrived at the hotel we upgraded to the Penthouse - which was the perfect way to end our holiday, our own little private haven overlooking South Beach. A big shout out to Laura who took the time to show us around a couple of different room types before we upgraded - her service was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
There are heaps of great places to eat near the hotel, including Cafe Americano which is attached to the hotel (you receive discount as a hotel guest), but one place we kept going back to was La Sandwicherie!! It's only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel right near Walgreens. The sandwiches from this place are amazing - definitely recommend.
Lastly, Uber / Lyft are unable to park up on South Beach so you have to pick these up from round the corner (literally 2 mins away). No biggy, but worth be aware.
Overall, a great stay! The only reason we didn't give this 5* was because the rooms could benefit from a little TLC, but nothing major or that distracted from the fabulous time that we had.

The Victor Hotel is a beautifully maintained art deco hotel overlooking the ocean on fun Ocean Drive. We had a lovely suite overlooking the pool and ocean. The Victor provides a 10% discount for nearby Ocean Drive restaurants with your room key. The hotel staff is the most accommodating to guests we have ever experienced. Jeffery especially went beyond to make our anniversary vacation very special. We will come back next year to celebrate our anniversary.

Recently stayed here for 5 nights in their standard room as part of a package with British Airways. The room we were allocated was fab – on the 2nd floor in the corner with windows overlooking Ocean Drive and from the bathroom, the pool – spacious and clean with complimentary water and coffee pods re-stocked daily. There were no USB points in the room – I read somewhere I think that there were I came prepared with UK adaptors just in case and glad I did. The hairdryer – was a bit pathetic – bare this in mind if you’re not planning to pack your own. Lovely miniature toiletries in the room – great smell. Good TV with so many channels. Good shower over the bath – never any issues with temperature of pressure. Slight noise occasionally from the road – to be expected given the fab location but the bed was som comfy there was no problem with sleeping. We took advantage of the beach chairs and towels available for use from reception on several days – highly recommend. The pool area is gorgeous with ice water and free fruit available. The wonderful staff really make this resort – from the moment we arrived everyone from the guy who helped us with our bags, reception, the staff around the pool and housekeeping were always warm, friendly and professional

My 12-night stay at Hotel Victor in Miami Beach was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service. A special mention must go to Laura at the front desk. Her welcoming demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. Laura's attentiveness was remarkable; she checked in on us periodically, ensuring everything was perfect.
The staff at Hotel Victor are the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. Every team member we interacted with was eager to assist, showing a genuine commitment to our comfort and satisfaction. This kind of service is rare and truly made our stay memorable.
Hotel Victor itself is a gem. The location in Miami Beach is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful beach views. The facilities are well-maintained, and every aspect of the hotel exudes quality and elegance.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Hotel Victor for anyone visiting Miami Beach. The combination of excellent service, particularly from Laura, and the quality of the accommodations makes it a top choice. It's not just a hotel stay; it's an experience that will leave you wanting to return.

On entering the open, bright entrance of the Victor Hotel, we were charmingly greeted by Laura, who was at the front desk. Her high energy and warm appearance started our Miami trip with a bang! The lobby, resplendent with its elegant decor and sumptuous furnishings, evoked an ambiance of timeless sophistication and grace. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the intricate chandeliers to the plush seating arrangements, which whispered of bygone eras of grandeur.
As we ascended to our presidential suit, which was kindly offered to us at a reasonable discount by laura , we were struck by the immaculate condition and meticulous cleanliness of the hallways, a testament to the dedication of the hotel staff. Our room, a haven of comfort and luxury, boasted a panoramic view of the azure ocean, which stretched out before us like a vast, shimmering tapestry. The bed, adorned with the finest linens and pillows as soft as a summer's cloud, promised nights of restful slumber.
The amenities offered were nothing short of extraordinary. The spa, an oasis of tranquility, enveloped us in a cocoon of serenity, with skilled therapists who performed their art with the utmost precision and care. The pool area, bathed in the golden rays of the sun, provided the perfect setting for leisurely afternoons, accompanied by refreshing beverages and light fare that tantalized the palate.
Dining at the Victor Hotel was an experience unto itself. The on-site restaurant, with its menu crafted from the freshest ingredients, offered culinary delights that were a feast for the senses. Each dish, presented with artistic flair, was a testament to the chef's expertise and passion for gastronomy.
In conclusion, our stay at the Victor Hotel was an epitome of refined elegance and unmatched hospitality. It is a sanctuary where modern luxury meets old-world charm, and every guest is treated with the utmost care and respect. We left with hearts full of fond memories and a fervent desire to return to this splendid establishment.

We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Victor. We stayed in a pool deluxe room ( room 218) where you can walk out and enjoy the pool. The room was clean and well appointed. AC worked great. The only glitch was they wanted to charge us $150 for a late check out. Personally, I really dislike a 11 am checkout . The bellman whose name was Dumese provided water to us and stored our luggage. We liked this hotel and would stay here again.

Overall it is a hotel that can be fine for a few days in Sobe, the rooms are very small, even ours which was a "king". The good thing is that they are silent. The pool is not large and very shallow, there are few sunbeds and it is not easy to get shade because there are only a couple of umbrellas. An important thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not have its own umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and if you want good service you have to pay whoever rents them to you (about $70 for two sunbeds and an umbrella), the hotel provides you just some chairs that you have to carry by hand and some small towels. As for the staff, the guys who help with the bags are very kind, the same thing for the men at the reception, always very courteous, it is better to avoid the two women who are not very kind and helpful. One even laughed in our faces one day... I would say that in a 4 star hotel it shouldn't happen. From the first day we asked for more towels because they only left us one for the face and two for the shower, all of which were small. We had to remember this every day. We cannot recommend it except for a few days and for the good location.

As soon as we were at check-in, we knew we were at the right place. Laura and Ricardo enthusiastically greeted us with smiles and laughter. We are always greeted by them as we pass throughout the evening. The rooms are so cool, especially the bathroom—soaking tub and separate rain shower, and most important, a closed door toilet room, lol. We. Will. Be. Back!

Hi, my stay did not include breakfast but I had breakfast at their restaurant anyway. It is a la carte, several choices and prices are reasonable. Food is good, portions also and service friendly. Enjoy.
There is a bar and restaurant next to the pool, we ordered food from there and took it to the pool. Sometimes they have private events there so it took a while to get our order but the food was really good :)
There are more places to choose from in the Miami Beach area.
