Enjoy it.
It is necessary to choose a beautiful room with large terrace.
The beach is beautiful very comfortable beds and charming staff.
We can have lunch on the beach and bring you your order.
It is very good but not given
Only black dot but really black breakfast.
We've never seen it anywhere else in the world even in very simple hotels.
Butter jam and cream cheese they must weigh them so that it does not exceed the dose for a baby
Croissant is one with coffee only one cup and orange juice
We come out hungry
For $15 go to Starbucks next door
Really the hotel is not cheap it feels really petty
Breakfast was never famous but there was a small buffet

4 nights with two teenagers in very hot august.
I spent hundreds of hours deliberating where to stay with the family in Miami, must have looked at 50+ options! Chose this hotel for location, rooms and good balance of price and quality.
Location - very close to south Beach strip, which was fun but noisy, however the area around the Hilton was very peaceful with no noise. Plenty of good local bars/restaurants in area. (Ted’s Hideaway for example was a top spot to have a few beers and watch Premier League).
Service was top drawer. We wanted a bigger room on arrival, (our fault, the room we booked would have been fine but a bit small) and Michael was so helpful in arranging this for us. We also wanted a rollaway and sofa bed made up, this was executed seamlessly. I’d recommend a balcony/ terrace. We ended up with a King Suite city view but had a view of the sea too. Air conditioning in rooms and throughout hotel was excellent.
The facilities were also excellent. We used the pool, the gym, and the restaurant many times. Santorini is great, huge choice of quality food in a relaxed setting. Again, excellent friendly service.
The beach is on the doorstep and again the service was immaculate. Two loungers, beds made up with covers, water, towels etc.
Great hotel, great location, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We are diamond members (and paid 95k points per room per night during this stay) and prefer great food, service and accommodations. Our experience was fulfilled. This is a boutique hotel, in South Beach (which is small and expensive) so temper expectations, you will occasionally hear music or walking or talking but its a small hotel with rooms close to elevators. This is not some enormous California beach resorts, its a hotel and boutique at that in the heart of a quiet area of South Beach. Small lobby, but clean and nice. Great pool area. Amazing staff and service, even housekeeping. They upgraded us for free to a suite with balcony, which was 2 or 3 levels of upgrade. Then, we paid a small amount to be oceanfront, which was amazing.
The restaurant on site provides the best pool and room service (Greek) that we've ever encountered. But then, the restaurants in the area are close and amazing! Just bring your wallet...
Great experience and beach and pool and staff and food and service. Not sure what all the complaining is about - perhaps if people paid (instead of use points as I did) they have an expectation because it is quite expensive, but my advice, don't go to South beach if you cannot afford it and know what you are getting. I rarely tip, and here, I tipped almost every member of the staff due to their immense passion and caring for our experience.
Fast elevator and polite staff. Would highly recommend

The hotel itself is always extremely clean, modern, feels very safe, and in an area of South Beach that is a bit quieter, which I love. Their pool is heated and has abundant lounge chairs. Two lounge chairs, towels, and an umbrella is included with the resort fee for use on the private beach in front of the hotel. The Hilton Bentley is my all-time favorite hotel in Miami.
I enjoyed this stay so much that I'll be back in April.
Just one tip: Valet parking can be expensive. There's a public parking right in front of the hotel charging 20 bucks for 8 hours (or 12 hours during the evening), so valet may make sense.
"Valet is $50 per night worth it not to have to pay for parking as they have in and out privileges. If not there is a parking garage on 7th."Read full review
"Do not use their valet. Very slow, at least 25 mins to get the car. And it costs $50 plus tip. Just park at the public lot directly next to the hotel. Half the cost and no wait"Read full review
