While few hotels live up to the "5-star" label, the Setai excels. The service and attention to detail are phenomenal. The pools are wonderful, giving you a private secluded feel. The tower 2-bedroom suite is beautiful, exceptionally appointed and very clean. Unlike other similar experiences, we were not "nickeled and dimed". Our parking was included. Soft drinks and bottled water...

Food is not that special, the club sandwich is terrible for example. On Saturday they do not serve brunch. Service is a bit annoying, the guy used to come every minute interrupting all the time. It seems kind but after a while that's annoying.

We have stayed at the Setai 5 times. We don't typically spend the nightly rate that we do there except the exemplary service and amenities that we get at the Setai make it worth the extra money -- except for this time. We noticed right away the difference, no refreshing towel and juice upon arrival, no "welcome back" monologue and...

I stayed with my family at the Setai for three nights. We had very high hopes based on previous reviews. Our stay turned into a Groundhog's Day series of disappointments. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon. We had asked for an early (not guaranteed) check in of 11 am and due to flights did not reach the hotel until...

This boutique hotel is a great place to come to Miami and disappear. The service is outstanding and the location is a quiet place in a big city. The beach and ocean air make it easy to relax and be pampered

Definitely suggest to pass by for a bite or drinks - it's so beautiful and elegant . The bar surrounded by pool or pool surrounded by bar - the layout is simply amazing !!! The crowd at the bar was high end elegant , the food was tasty , the drinks were drunk - what can you wish for ?

I was very lucky to select this hotel which was totally unknown to me. I was spending a lot of time in the pool - I believe that it is the best I've ever seen - feeling that I was spending my vacation in Caribbean. In MiamI during the day time there is not much to do so it's very...

The Setai is without a doubt the most luxurious hotel in Miami Beach. The property is stunning and immaculately kept. We spent most of our time luxuriating by the pool sipping Setai Coladas. The pool and beach attendants were fantastic. They couldn’t have been more attentive. After walking down the beach, I can say that the Setai has the nicest...

The only problem with this hotel, it's the last night when you know you have to check next morning and leave, I always extend one more night! Love everything about this hotel, Happy hour at its best, and of course super clean, comfortable, excellent amenities and toiletries, the Spa oh my love it can't wait to go back!!!
