The owner/manager, Christina, is very pleasant and chatty, and she keeps the place very clean. The building is old and not very modernized. The bed was great, though. I don't think the AC works well; it was about 77 on a 79 degree day, and there are no separate room AC controls. There are 3 parking spots in back for...

Very good place with very nice owner lady. Quiet and near the beach, most suitable for couple during honeymoon or short vacation. Car park is not really good because they only have 3 private slots behind the hotel. You can park the car nearby or beside hotel but those parking slot is often full

My husband and i stayed at this hotel for about 10 days from the end of December 2015 - early January 2015. The owner was a delight. She is the definition of hospitality. The rooms are well maintained and the location can't be beat! We will be back!

I loved this hotel. It is not a big one (about 10 rooms), we had a room on the second floor and it was very quiet. It is also close to the beach, you only have to cross the street. In the hotel area there are a few very good restaurants if you want to stay away from the chaos...

Very clean but small B&B; No lift so stay away if you have heavy luggage .Furniture is "free style" mix from yard sales, good or bad depends on your taste. It is on the corner of 77th and Harding or Collins, tell that to your taxi driver so they won't try any tricks. It is steps a way from a...

This is an old motel. The owner was very nice and really tried her best. There was a little confusion when checking in, as she could not find the reservation. She eventually was able to find us a room. The bed was okay, not my preference, a tad soft. The place in general is clean. The price was right for...

The hotel was "cheap" given that we were in miami beach during new year's eve peak season. The room had a little rustic style which changes from impersonal channel hotels deco. The lady was available and very sympathetic. A pleasant stay.

This was the first hotel stop on our two week honeymoon that started in Miami and ended in the Bahamas. For my new wife and I, it was a lovely small, quiet hotel which was great for us. There wasn't really any place within the hotel to relax other than the room (a bar or lounge area) so we didn't...

After staying in some true terrors (at $200+ a night) we decided to try out this small B&B in north beach. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, authentic stay away from the crazy, expensive and touristy south beach, this is your spot. Christina, the owner, could not have been more welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. One...
