There are not enough words to explain the sumptuousness and comfortable elegance you are treated to as a guest at Faena. Their holistic approach to relaxation and community is in paralleled. While every area was wonderful, standouts were Los Fuegos and the Spa. Their staff is magnificent and know how to care for your every whim. Thank you Solange for the welcome and checking! Faena Miami Beach is a gorgeous hotel that makes you feel like you're at the epicenter of "cool" in Miami. It's a place to see and be seen. Our room, a one bedroom junior partial view suite was gorgeously appointed. A highlight of the room was the Japanese toilet with the heated seat! The service was great from start to finish. We LOVED the breakfast at Faena and have to recommend everyone try the Strawberry Mascarpone Cream Croissant - I had to indulge in one every day of our stay. We also got massages at the spa. It's a beautiful facility and I recommend everyone to try it. We can't wait to return to Faena on our next trip to Miami Beach!

It was a Very enjoyable and sophisticated show! I was not sure what to expect but was blown away by Rocky Lanes the emcee. She has a beautiful voice, a real entertainer and the production values were top notch. Special thanks to Raul in reservations who really went out of his way to make this night extra special for my date and I. Thanks to Daria for making the theater experience even more memorable than I could ever imagine. Faena itself is a beautiful hotel that needs to be experienced. Definitely make it a night with drinks at the bar! Absolutely amazing!

We went because it was highly recommended thru a group of friends. We wanted to go for lunch but we decided to go for breakfast instead. Everything was incredible, the truffle hash and the Salmon tater tots are to die for... Service was impecable, if you decide to go, make sure you ask for JP as your server! "Beauty" encapsulated -- Faena is flourishes with class, taste, art, and just overall real high quality and elevation of the experience of life. Gorgeous, luscious paintings with a gold ceiling and gold columns greet you in the lobby. The staff, reception, concierge were all incredibly professional, polite, kind and just simply lovely. We received impeccable house cleaning not once, but twice, and the slightest details like a chocolate treat, or comfortable red slippers made the experience particularly unique. If you look carefully, you'll notice the space is so detailed in its design with an ongoing red and white theme and floral nuances can be found. The space has gems trickled across: we loved Tree of Life restaurant for an afternoon cocktail/snack, breakfast/lunch; we loved Pao by Paul Qui for an incredibly delicious dinner - contemporary South East Asian inspired. Their speakeasy Soxony and the Living Room were both beautiful spaces, all offering a different cocktail menu. The pool and beach offer fruit infused water and come around with delightful treats like mini smoothies or mini fruit rice pudding. Throughout the space, there's consistent music; bands, live singers. You won't be able to help record the sounds and snap photographs in front of the iconic Damien Hirst gold-plated mammoth skeleton. Last but very not least, the spa is something to be seen. There is a Hammam with heated floors & shelved beds; a steam room with a starry dreamlike ceiling, sauna. They also a perfect relaxation space offering healthy treats and tea. The staff there were also amazing. We would absolutely return to Faena -- the experience really brought out the most elevated experience of Miami and Miami Beach. This review is for Los Fuego's. Had a wonderful lunch there the other day! It was a beautiful day to sit outside. JP was our server and he was a delight...I recommend asking for him the next time you are there. He was personable, attentive and made great recommendations. Do not miss out on the empanadas and the octopus! He told us about the Sunday asada so planning a trip back in the near future.

My time at the Faena was nothing less than amazing. I am always greeted and treated with excellent care from the moment I arrive at valet. Kelvin at the bell desk always remembers me and greets everyone with his contagious smile. JP is one of the top servers at breakfast in Los fuegos he goes above and beyond. I was celebrating my grandmas birthday and he ensured that everything was perfect for her celebration. Dayana is also lovely at Los fuegos very sweet and hospitable whenever around. It’s a treat to travel from far and stay at the Faena and be welcomed as if it was my home. The best hotel and staff in south beach.

“Welcome home, Mr. Warren!” This is how I was greeted by the Faena bellhop when he opened my car door, which made me feel… at home – even though I reside in Washington, D.C. At least once a quarter, I travel to Miami for business. Before the Faena, I stayed in several premier Miami hotels in search to find the perfect one that offered quality rooms, amenities (beach service, gym, food, spa, and entertainment), and most importantly excellent customer service. I can honestly say that the Faena is worth every penny and more because of their people. As a businessman, I believe to have a great organization culture you must have a great leader, which makes sense with the Faena. The hotel manager, Garrett Donovan, always welcomes me, and other hotel guests, to the property. Angel Gomez, who heads guest experience, goes above and beyond to make sure my accommodations are tailored to meet my trip needs. I LOVE THE ROOMS! After witnessing a nice live show at the Faena Theater, Chez-Monique and Richard Filippi, the nightlife curators, makes me feel like a VIP at The Living Room, which you must experience. This hands down one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail is tops starting with Raul in the reservations department who could not have been nicer in helping us set up our reservation and making sure all of our needs (even ones we didn't think of were met). He was super! This continued throughout our vacation with Peter at the front desk who was incredibly helpful at all turns. Our room was spacious and we never tired of our view. I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars!!!
