Have stayed here twice with girlfriends - Spring 06 and 07, and would come again. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. prices are great and it's on the beach side of collins, in the heart of, steps to lincoln road! what more can you ask for? rooms are basic, but clean, as is pool area. oddly, food is more than good - great!...

We booked our stay at this hotel because it was close to Lincoln street and much more. We also wanted to save money on the hotel because your in Miami and theres lots more to spend your...

1st of all, for the money, it's a great deal for the location. location is very convenient!... it started off badly, though. the 2 women at the front desk had no personality or availability & proceeded to give my hubby & i a room with 2 beds & a broken air conditioner. we called the front desk right away. they...

We stayed at the South Seas in mid-July. We picked the hotel based on price, location and ammenties. We booked two consecutive two night Getaway packages at $114.50 nightly, four nights total. This included free t-shirts, continental breakfast (which is normal at any price) and lunch, up to $35.00 per package. The lunch limit is sufficient for the hotel's restaurant....

Great little hotel a few blocks north of busy Ocean Drive. Definitely above average for a two/three star hotel. Hotel staff was wonderful..from check-in to check-out. Rooms were small, but it's an older hotel, so that's to be expected. Hammock grove was comfortable and relaxing. Lincoln Road is only a few blocks away with all sorts of great shopping and...

Stayed at the South Seas while in Miami for a bachelorette party. We were on the first floor. Hotel smelled a bit and the room was small and old (which, I like the art deco thing, but this was "eh"). Windows in the room were bolted shut. Our electronic room key stopped working every single day and then the room...

We stayed at the South Seas hotel for four nights in June 2007. The location is great, on Collins Avenue, close to the boardwalk and just off the beach. Between the hotel and the beach is the hotel's pool and loungers and a shady area with hammocks for relaxing. The hotel pool did have a bit of a Club 18-30...

There beach bar restaurant was very good, awesome drinks, food was very fresh and delicious! The pool is as nice if not nicer than the pictures reflect! Arriving as a family staying for 5 nights we were given a room to Collins Ave which made it nearly impossibly to sleep (noisy even at 4 a.m.). Did they expect us to go out and party all night long with our 10 years old kids? We changed the room the second day which took the front staff hours and...
