Came to Miami for medical appointment, stayed here and took Uber to appointment downtown. Our room faced the airport, could barely hear planes due to thick double-pane hurricane windows. This chic hotel is classy. Deluxe room has separate sitting area and a “to die for” shower with dual shower heads and body sprays. Staff is courteous and professional. Bar is open, just can’t sit at bar (due to Pandemic), get served at table or booth. Restaurant menu is somewhat limited, but food was for the most part excellent. Didn’t use the pool due to uncooperative weather. This will be our go-to hotel when we come back to Miami.

EB Hotel was a great place to stay. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive away from Miami Beach and Little Havana. The entire staff was extremely helpful, not to mention genuinely friendly. We got in Sunday morning extremely early and were greeted at the front desk by Ricky Alfaro, who was an absolute godsend. He got us into a fabulous room with a great view of the airport IMMEDIATELY. Throughout the whole trip, Ricky and the crew at the front desk were extremely attentive and helpful. Miranda is a great, reasonably priced option for dinner and breakfast and the pool is nice and refreshing when the beach is closed. Staying at EB was the best choice for our stay and I could not say better things about this place. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they're looking for a nice hotel with an accommodating staff and relaxing stay away from the heart of Miami.

My husband and myself wound up stuck in Miami for two days over Easter/Spring Break. (Plane cancellations)There was no time to research hotels because it was a scramble for rooms and things were selling out fast. We grabbed a place at The International Miami Airport Hotel. It lacked amenities but it was convenient. It was literally in the airport. The price we were quoted was $350 but we were charged $500+ with taxes. This was a separate issue but I think the fair price would have been around $150.
When we learned we were spending a second night in Miami we grabbed a reservation at the EB Hotel adjacent to the airport. This hotel was everything the other was not. From our arrival by curtesy shuttle we were blown away by this hotel. Our suite was cheaper than the small room our first night. Many places call themselves a ‘boutique hotel’ but this really was one. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and pool were really attractive, clean, and impressive. The pool area was especially so with a small pool and large patio with nice sofas and chairs- a place to relax and have a drink and decompress. We could see a gym through a glass window but didn’t investigate it.
Our suite featured a really comfortable bed, nice linens and a large sitting area. The bathroom was pretty spectacular with 3 shower heads (one a rain shower) a bidet as well as a toilet, and a generous number of lovely large Itowels.
We had dinner in the restaurant and thought the food was very good-much better than we would have expected.
To say that I would visit this hotel again is an understatement. I intend to tell all my friends. I only wish we had spent both night here. It was the difference between night and day. Bravo to the EB Hotel for DOING IT RIGHT. What a pleasure!

Booked a room to be close to the airport for the free shuttle, as we just had an overnight layover. I also thought they would have a decent breakfast.
It took 3 calls just to let them know we were waiting for the shuttle - then a 20 minute wait although their site states 5 minutes from airport.
Checking in, we were asked to sign that our check out time was 11, although I had upgraded to include a late check out. The clerk said it was not an issue, but he could not change the check out time on the device we were signing.
The elevator was very dirty and sticky.
It had been a very long day, so we ordered dinner and went to bed. I was awoken at 2:00am, 4:30am and again at 7:30 by very loud music and/or TV and yelling. I called the front desk to complain at 7:30.
Went for free breakfast at 9:40 and was told that our ($240) stay did not include breakfast - later found out that when I UPGRADED, it dropped the free breakfast!!

Housekeeping knocked twice then entered our room before we could open the door. They knocked a 2nd time...we advised both times that we had a 1:00 check out. A 3rd knock and it was the housekeeping manager asking what time we were checking out!!! Are you kidding me? We had the do not disturb light on during each of these encounters.
The controls were backwards on our bed (right control worked the left side and vice versa). The shower heads did not all work, but caused the water pressure to go down.
The coffee station in our room was dirty and had not been cleaned under the glass top for quite some time.
When we checked out, the clerk asked how our stay was, but totally ignored that I stated he probably did not want to know!!!! That told me that they really don't care in the first place. Will never stay at an EB Hotel again. I've stayed in better places at a Motel 6!

My star rating may be unfair. We very much enjoyed our room and the on site restaurant. The location was convenient for our visit to the Everglades, Keys, and a cruise. However we had a terrible experience with Amigo rental car. The rate we chose included breakfast, room, parking, and rental car. The process to rent a car was a fiasco it took an hour to acquire a car. The agency tried telling us that they wouldn't accept our car insurance and that we would have to pay extra for their insurance. My car was filthy. The steering wheel and the shifter were covered in a sticky substance that took two days of washing to get clean. My hands were sticky for two days. The key fob died during my rental period requiring manual opening of doors and truck. One bit of good news is that the hotel representative recognized our stressful rental introduction and offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Upon check out the representative again recognized our car rental issue and offered a future suite upgrade and included breakfast on our next stay. Should we cruise out of Miami again I will gladly return but will seek out a different rental car arrangement.

My stay at EB Miami hotel was great, and I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to the area.

I was driving from Tampa and headed on a cruise the following day. I was able to park my car in their structure for a very reasonable price while I was away.

The hotel is very new, clean, and well designed. I booked a 2 queen bed room which was quite roomy. The bathroom is gorgeous with one of the best showers I’ve ever used. The beds were very comfortable and had adjustable sleep number capability. The rooms were soundproof and allowed for a great night’s sleep despite being in very close proximity to the airport.

We also are a quick bite at the restaurant bar. The Caesar salad was delish. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced for Miami. The service was a bit slow, however business picked up suddenly and the bartender was taking all drink and food orders himself. He was running as quickly as he was able too.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’m already looking to book this great hotel for Jan 2021, however the booking doesn’t go out that far in advance quite yet. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

This is a top notch hotel! Upon walking in, the lobby is just gorgeous! We arrived after midnight and were met with a very professional host, who indicated we were upgraded to business class at no additional charge. The room was fantastic- very clean, beautifully appointed furniture, 2 TVs. The bathroom was fantastic. It had a completely clear glass wall between the shower and the bedroom area, but an electronic shade to close for privacy. Complimentary Aveda shower products were a nice touch. The hotel is across the street from the airport, but the rooms are well sound proofed. I heard a little bit, but not too bothersome for this noise sensitive gal! The only negative would be that the pool was not peaceful with planes taking off literally every 30 seconds. I did get used to it after a couple hours. If that isn’t a draw back for you, this is an excellent choice for a high end experience at a very reasonable price in Miami!

Your room was comfortable, well-maintained and equipped with modern furniture and high-quality decor. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a completely transparent glass wall but a digital shade for privacy. Aveda shower products were a nice touch. Although the hotel is located near the airport, our rooms are well-soundproofed. Unfortunately, the pool area is not very peaceful due to constant plane takeoffs. But if this doesn't bother you, this is an excellent choice for a high-end experience at a reasonable price in Miami! This month we celebrate 2 years since you stayed here, come back soon and get a Loyalty Discount that includes Breakfast and parking, we hope to see you soon!

Lovely modern hotel with great staff. Very friendly check in and check out. We arrived off a cruise early in the morning and were able to check in around 11.30. Our flight from Miami was not until 5.15 the following evening and we were given a late check out until 12.30 which was great. Big spacious rooms, lovely big comfy bed. I love the way there are sensory lights at floor levels in the rooms so getting up in the night you can see where you are going. Great charging facilities for the modern day traveler. Bathroom was fabulous with great big shower spaces and a number of different showers and a separate sink and toilet/bidet area. Poolside was lovely, beds comfy by the pool, very windy and very noisy though with planes taking off next to us every few minutes but that’s to be expected from an airport hotel I suppose.

We didn’t eat here so cannot comment on the food

We took an Uber to Dolphin Mall $21 each way good selection of shops there.

All in all great airport hotel would highly recommend

Stayed here after a cruise that arrived early morning to have the kids relax before a flight in the evening. Upon arrival at around 8:45 AM, the first hotel attendant said that the room would be ready in a few hours. We explained that we are only staying a few hours! To which she responded to wait a few minutes. 20 min later we spoke the manager who informed us that the hotel never confirmed the timing of their day stay, and they their "policy" is that rooms are only made available after 11 AM!? We showed them emails where explicitly said the timing of our arrival and a confirmation from the hotel of this. The response was "we never explicitly said it is ok to arrive at that time, just that we confirm a day stay". The attendant was rather rude and charged in her speaking and never once apologized or took blame.

We were finally led to the room. Spacious for a double bed, but no views and slightly worn out.

overall, hotel staff need some serious training and couching on how to behave.

I would not recommend given my experience.

We were flying to MIA from LHR and our BA flight was cancelled. We ended up flying to Atlanta the next day.

I contacted the hotel via email explaining our situation and although they said a full refund wasn't possible, they would make an exception and only charge 1 night out of the 2 i had booked and paid for.

Fantastic. We were stressed and jet lagged after all the flying and stopovers and they had initially helped us out with our loss.

HOWEVER,

Upon trying to get a refund for one of the nights, hotels.com (the company i booked with) spoke to me and said they had contacted the EB hotel Miami front desk and they said it isn't true and the refund is not approved.

Despite having an email from the front desk of EB saying i would only be charged for one day, I was never issued a refund.

Honestly, promising me one thing and then outright not doing it was a huge downer to the already bad start to the holiday.

It’s very close (10-15 min, from what I recall). They have a shuttle service. On the return to the airport, the shuttle was full so the front desk called me an uber at their expense. I was very impressed! I’d give them a call!

I believe that option might be available at an additional cost. We stayed in the lobby, pool and restaurant areas after we checked out of our room at 11 am. There was ample space to relax and work. We also ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel because their food was excellent.

There’s 1 restaurant that’s opposite the front desk check-in area. If you arrive before check-in time, its a convenient place to eat while you wait. Choices are eating at the bar, tables or a booth. Service is fine. I saw another reviewer say the food is not that good. I had pasta and my spouse had a burger and fries. Both were good. I can’t recall how expensive it was but i expect that their prices are same as any other hotel restaurant that isn’t a fast food joint. Hope that helps.
