Moved to Gullwing Lake Park as seasonal campers in May of 2020 (yes, the dreaded COVID time). Wanda and Frank took over running the park in April and have facilitated some much needed upkeep from previous mismanagement. The beach is delightful and the boating top notch as most of the lake is natural habitat with few cottages. Access at far end of lake to expand your experience into echo lake (carefully). There are horseshoe pits and a children's playground. This park has been a delight, the people are great and friendly. With a very positive feel, I can endorse 100%

We moved into this park as seasonal campers mid summer 2017 from a park in Southern Ontario that our family had been in since 1972. New management took over beginning of Sept and is making much need improvements to the park. The people here make the park enjoyable. There is a sense of community and family. If there is a fire you are welcome to stop and visit. Social activities for seasonal and transient campers almost every weekend. Friendly hello's and helping hands. Many people that camped for a weekend or week this pass summer have moved into the park as seasonal. I urge everyone that came here and was not impressed with past management to give us another try, take a walk up the hill and chat with the seasonals I think you will change your mind.

The Park is now under New Management and things are changing all for the better here. This park is all about the kids, fun, social times with family and friends. If there is a campfire...you are invited. Beautiful beach and all sorts of activities and amenities close by.

We stayed at Gullwing Lake Park with some friends and from the get go it was not good. The lady in the office was really not that friendly at all, really more interested in making sure she got paid. Just a simple hello from her and not much else. The campgrounds itself is in a very sad state. The washroom were dirty, there was plugged urinal (day later still plugged), no toilet paper in some of the stalls. The grass needed cutting and trees need pruning. The buildings and sheds were falling apart. It is a real shame they are just letting the place fall apart because the area is really nice. What is ironic is that the place looked full, but you get the feeling the owners do care as long as the p lace is full. Just my opinion. Saving grace is that we had an excellent time with our friends.

We have stayed in many, may RV Parks around the US and across Canada this, quite honestly, was the worst one. The sites were uneven, narrow, rock filled and the trees were very close to the road so getting in and out was a challenge. We only have a 30' Fifth Wheel so can't imagine how someone with a large RV would do it. The park seems to cater to long term residents with nothing in the way of amenities for anyone staying for a week, a couple of weeks, a month, etc. The full time trailers were old and unkept. There was old stuff laying around and no flowers or anything that remotely resembled landscaping. The couple who ran it were very friendly or ignored you, depending upon their mood. The price we paid for the one week stay (pre-booked) was NOT what was quoted and it was the most expensive RV Park we have stayed in with absolutely nothing to make you want to stay there.
