My husband and I stayed in The Cottages and paid $2,009 for one week - 7 nights. Then, to find out when checking out, we had to pay another $374 in resort fees. We only went to the pool once - adult area - pretty small. We never used the shuttle and it was a pretty long walk to get...

We were booked in to one of the cottages for ten nights but only stayed one (and wouldn't have done that had it not already been 7pm and my mother was ill). The cottage was dark, dirty. The bedcovers were stained, curtains torn, walls marked and the whole place smelt. We tried to phone reception but the phone was not...

Absolutely loved this resort. It was quiet when we were there but didn't affect our stay. The 3 bedroom apartment was fantastic, in photos we were expecting it to be dated but it was actually very high end and high quality. I would of happily slept on the thick lively carpet as it was so thick! !! The apartments were...

We stayed in a lovely 3 bedroom Cottage, which was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The pool area is great, with an adult area if really want a little extra piece and quiet. The pool bar offers a good selection of drinks and snacks, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The Bonefish Grill restaurant on site...

This was our third visit to the cottages at the NBR and it didn't disappoint. This is a real hidden gem with great service and great location. The two bed cottages are fully equipped and offer great variety. The pool area is spacious with a great feel, good for families or adults on their own. Special mention to Marilyn the...

This was our third stay at Naples Bay Resort. The first time in The Cottages at NBR. We had another great stay! We love this property for its great location right off 5th Ave and near Bayfront; the resort is a definite plus with the pool, the hot tub, an adult pool area, a bar and restaurant at pool; and...

We arrived 5 hours late after queuing for 2 hours in immigration in Atlanta, which meant we missed our connection to Fort Myers - not a good start to the holiday and to be honest with you puts me off returning to the US! Check in was at the hotel, which is a good 500 yards from the Cottages. We...

First of all they are apartments not cottages as we know them. The accomodation was very clean & spacious with a small outside area. Had a very relaxing 6 nights here & everyone had a great time. At checkout however we were presented with a bill of £95 per cottage for club usage which was not apparant on either the...

We are a family of four (10 year old twins) who tend to vacation in higher end luxury resorts. We know Naples very well and would recommend this resort. Here are some specifics you should know before booking: Spring Break - just too crowded. Never enough lounge chairs, shuttles were late and too full so we ended up paying ($15)...

Stayed at the Cottages at Naples Bay Resort for 10 nights, having had the previous 11 nights up in Orlando 'doing the parks'. Before selecting the Cottages we had carried out a fair bit of research as to where to go for the relaxing part of our holiday, and Naples stood out so did Naples Bay Resort. This is split...

“We didn't see elevators at The Cottages and the units that were 100 were on ground floor and 200 were on second floor....I only mention this because we had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs and climb stairs up and down. No problem for us but might be for someone else. We did not ask about an elevator but we didn't see one.”
