We spent 3 nights in one of the city view rooms at The Penthouse building of Naples Beach Resort on the 3 Rd floor. The first room we checked into had a ticking sound form the sound and calling the reception and changing the room was a very easy process. Later at night we realized this room had a noise... More

The Naples Beach Hotel is nice enough, but most certainly doesn't warrant its almost 400 dollar per night price tag. Considering the high cost of staying here, I would have expected more things to be included. Instead, the hotel nickel and dimes you on everything from beach chairs to wifi. The good: - Complimentary valet parking that is very quick... More

Location is very good! Service is good, the people is friendly. The restaurant inside it is expensive but the bar on the beach it is ok. The buffet in the morning are awesome. Clean and a lot of fun for the kids on the beach.

This particular CEO trip always falls during our anniversary. We have been at both Ritz Carltons in Naples which are the pinnacle of hotel resorts. This was our first stay at The Naples Beach and we were not disappointed. Our room was in the Penthouse on the first floor and it opened up to our patio which was less than... More

What was meant to be a special evening for my husbands birthday turned out to be a big letdown. The atmosphere was great so we initially were happy. That changed quickly once our waiter was involved. The service was so bad it bordered on ridiculous. We ordered our main seafood courses and mine was served lukewarm, at best. When I... More
