Came to spend a long weekend with friends. We arrived a little late and the guy at the counter told us they had luggage carts if we needed. We told him we were going to eat and he said that was fine. Got back around 10:45pm and we went to get the cart and he said the key was already... More

Location, location, location; only 1-block from the beach. When you are tired of the beach they have a large pool and deck. This is an old school motel, with his & hers twin beds, kitchen and living room. This is a family run establishment and definitely worth a repeat visit.

We didn't expect the type of room when we got there. We like staying in Naples and it is the 1st Motel that we really like, it would be a good idea to get rid of the carpet. A block to the beach, we would go back and forth, if it rains go to the room ... have lunch and... More

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights. The room was a little musty when we first arrived but aired out quickly. The room had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and stove. The room was very clean, but a little old fashioned. The staff was very nice and the access to local sites and shopping and... More

My husband and I have been going to The Mariner for over 20 years. It has a retro feel of a beach getaway. The apartments have the convenience of a full kitchen. All of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The grounds are beautiful with lots of native flora and there is a pool. The location is right across from... More

Location is as good as you can get in Old Naples. Very clean apartment with some recent updating. Bathroom outlet next to the sink was not a GFCI outlet.....not up to code where I come from but maybe it's permitted in Florida. The property has tremendous potential but it needs younger, more customer service oriented ownership.

We loved staying in this cozy condo, and we plan to stay again soon. One block from the beach and the newly renovated Naples Pier. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Our condo was clean and newly remodeled. The bicycle shop delivered our bikes here. The bike ride around the gorgeous neighborhoods was amazing. Fully furnished,... More

The Mariner is a mid-century gem! This is a comfortable, roomy apartment hotel with pretty grounds and a very nice pool area. The gardens are nice, and the location can't be beat. You walk right across the street to the pier. Naples' best kept secret is The Mariner!! I recommend anyone stay here, especially those on a budget. Prices are... More

Very clean, but the rooms are incredibly old. They don't even have the cheap hair dryers that most motels have. It really is a miracle they have Wi-Fi: but as expected it isn't too great. There really isn't much of a good connection to begin with, and yet it constantly disconnects. The staff are very rude and not very helpful.... More
