I don’t usually write reviews. But my time here was literally the worse I ever experienced in both customer service and hotel service. Called the desk 4 times for more toilet paper, then came downstairs when I didn’t get any answer and was told the maid would bring some. Never came. On top of that the desk workers were insanely slow and not helpful whatsoever with needing towels, toilet paper, any kind of room service, etc. I stayed for FIVE NIGHTS and not once did the room service come in and take out our garbage or restock our towels/toilet paper. Beyond mad and would recommend people to go anywhere else.

This place is dirty. They left old blood on the bed and did not want to change the sheets. There are men outside trying to talk to everyone. This place is disgusting. And the people who work there are rude and disrespectful. The lady named Melina. She’s rude. Very disrespectful and she’s supposed to be the manager. There was also food crumbs on the ground. The bed had blood and yellow spots on the sheets. What a place. Then she had the nerve to say we were lying. Disgusting!!!!!

It was so terrible. Firstly, they charged 100$ deposit, which they didn’t return, and I did not break anything. They promised it will be refunded, but it didn’t. Also, in the middle of my stay, key stopped working, and they didn’t do anything, they said they can go and open my door with me, every time I come back! Terrible! Just pay more and stay in other hotel!!!
