Our relatives booked three rooms here, rooms were ok but one of the owners (old man) was terribly rude. We had a parking pass, given to us from our relatives. He ran out, told us to move our vehicle (in a very horrible manner). It would take too long to go into details but for an owner to be as...

I do apologize. this owner was wrong. We want each person we do business with to walk away feeling satisfied and that apparently did't happen in your case. I do hope you accept our apology and see fit to do business with us again. Resort Manager

In the past have stayed at the Doubletree next door. Stayed at the Sandalwood in late April for 7 days. We had an oceanfront king bed room. It was pretty average...The bedroom windows faced the hotel's courtyard which is lit up like a Christmas tree at night. Our windows had sub-par curtains which did not block the light making it...

We spent the week in Treasure Island but decided to spend an extra day on the beach and needed a hotel. Only a few available and we have stayed here many times in the past with good service. We were in room #121 and it was very nice. We even got to check in at noon which was great because...

We appreciate that you came to the Sandalwood as we do all guest. The group was a very nice family all together for the first time in years. They did have beer and sodas on the table. I am sorry you felt you son would not be safe in the pool. I can assure you he would have been. We...

I usually stay next door at the Doubletree in N. Redington Beach FL but happened to stop in to inquire about prices here. The woman at the counter was so helpful! (this was over a year ago now) and let me look at a couple different condo options. Since I was just planning to hide on a beach, this place...

North Redington Beach is one of our favorite destinations along the Gulf Coast keys. It's much quieter and relaxed than the party areas of Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach, let alone the touristy insanity of Clearwater beach. The stretch of sand in front of the Double Tree and Sandalwood Beach Resorts is our favorite in part due to the...

I recommend not staying here. We were treated very badly and its full of racism. We showed up here with 3 kids and one of them is a three year old and as soon as we get there somebody knocks on our door and these two ladies down stairs and they were telling us that we were being loud because...

This guest had just checked in, but was ask to leave for having to many other people coming in their room. They had a total of nine other people other not counting the five that checked in. We do not allow this. We did have to call the Police to get them out. When you make a Reservation you need...

We had a wonderful time at this resort for Memorial Day Weekend. Staff - especially Peggy - was wonderful. Everything was clean and perfectly located. There was a wonderful "party" atmosphere. Will definitely be back next year!

I called today to get information about the board of directors. Peggy the manager was very rude with me and refused information and names of board of directors to me so i could make a complaint and then hung up on me! Would not recommend this location!

I have no idea what she or he is talking about. "THIS NEVER HAPPENED". No one call me and ask about the Board of Directors. This is my first day of work this week, due to a death in my family. Manager Peggy

I've stayed here before, and love it more each time. Yes, it's an older resort, but that's part of the charm. There's a heated outdoor pool, but the pool is in the courtyard, so out if the breeze. Rooms are clean, big windows. Right on the beach. Small restaurant right on site, excellent food, budget friendly. Will be back again...
