My husband and I love B&B's, and we thought we reserved a room at a mansion pictured on the website. When we arrived at the mansion, which is a feat in itself because the road/parking lot are difficult to find when you are not familiar with downtown Orlando, we were told that the office was two buildings away. So we...

Just love this place. Charm Charm Charm ! I've been staying here for 25 years. Downtown Orlando GEM. Lush gardens create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The new Dr. Phillips Performing Art Center is literally steps away from the rear entrance. Throw a stone to the Amway Center. The city has a vibrant night life and many tasty, trendy dining...

We stayed in the building in the middle building, which was definitely a more recent construction than the two traditional looking B&B buildings on either side. This building was obviously a former apartment building and the rooms were therefore incredibly spacious! The room was clean and the staff friendly, even around 1 in the morning when we returned after having...

Our daughter chose this location for her wedding in Nov. 2014. Dr. Phillips house is beautiful and the garden provided the perfect spot for their wedding. The reception was help inside and we were very pleased with the set-up. She received referrals from the B and B for caterers and were very happy with the quality of the food. Several...

We made a mistake and booked our usual hotel for the wrong night and everything was booked but this hotel. It worked for what we needed...but was very expensive for one night. It was a place to lay our head down. I was disappointed in the description but more so the cleanliness. I made the mistake of looking under the...

We stayed in the Dr. Philips House, it was nice room and maintained a turn of the century look, the room was large and clean. The price was fair. Now for the things I had issues with. Very confusing where the front desk was and when I found it, it was very hot with no air conditioning. I mentioned that...

We stayed Christmas night at the Wellborn Suites section of The Courtyard. Nelson was extremely hospitable. When we checked in he offered to pour us a glass of wine or a cocktail in the parlor. We accepted the offer (sort of - we made our own), still he visited with my wife and I as we enjoyed our "night cap"....

We drove into town on a Friday night to go see the Phantom of the Opera at the new Dr Phillips center Disney theater. We checked into the Normant Parry house into a very nice room on the second floor with its own balcony. We walked to the Rusty Spoon restaurant for dinner and then walked to the Dr Phillips...
