The first time my husband and I stayed in the Villa (2013), it was nice being a little separated from the hotel, however the maze you must go through to get to the private club lounge is not great. The second time, was this August, 2014, we stayed in the hotel, had a wonderfully large balcony and a spacious enough...

I traveled to Disney on business this week, when I entered the room it was still dirty from the previous guess, drinking straws and papers where left on the tables, the door to the balcony would not lock, the water for the shower would not get hot, the door to the bathroom would not lock and the screws where sticking...

Another awesome stay at a Disney Resort. Upon welcome we were greeted at the bus by a cast member who escorted us to the Club floor. Once there we we promptly provided food and beverages. (Sodas and juices). Staff were superb in everyway. Hotel is close to Hollywood studios and EPCOT. Great view of the lake. Ask for a Room...

Stayed at hotels all over the world and this one ranks as one of the best in terms of cleanliness, service and comfort. This was our first time staying at this Disney resort. Room - We had a room on the conceirge level, facing the boardwalk. Room was very clean and comfortable with a small couch, desk, end table and...

We checked into this hotel on a Sunday and checked out on a Wednesday. My husband was attending a conference while my daughter and I tagged along to enjoy the Magic Kingdom. Check in was quick and easy. The magic bands we had selected were waiting for us. Our room was 2327. It was on the main level of the...

You have to love it...romantic and family oriented...the best views...evening strolls, quaint cafés...out of this world. This resort exemplifies Disney magic. Just a pity that the rooms of y he villas are so small. An overall fantastic stay.

We have stayed a several Disney resorts. This is one I can not recommend. Our initial room was so noisy due to the machinics from the air conditioner we needed to move rooms. When I requested the change they acknowledge that room had problems !! Why give to a guest in the first place. Eating is an issue. There is...

We stayed at the Boardwalk Inn for 4 nights over the Tower of Terror 10 Mile Run weekend. The biggest plus for this resort is the location- walk to Epcot in 5 minutes flat and also to Hollywood Studios. We loved strolling to France in Epcot for breakfast. The alternate entrance between France and England is so much less crowded...

We just returned yesterday from our annual WDW trip. This year we decided to stay at the Boardwalk- it was an excellent choice! The service was great and the rooms were so clean. The best part was the boardwalk itself. You can walk to Hollywood Studios and Epoct from the hotel- which was especially convenient because we ate in Epcot...

When you think Disney, you think excellence and service. That's why we pay $100/day to be in their parks because everything runs so smoothly. Well, that's not the case at Boardwalk Inn. It's aging and taxed and the large crowds seem to weigh it down. The quality and service that Disney is known for is negated at Boardwalk by too...
