We used to own from when it was part of Airtours, used to be great, friendly staff, they cared and it was like a home from home. No more, staff rude, uncaring and it has been destroyed glad we no longer own. It is a shame what has happened and that blasted building next casting a shadow on the once...

We stayed here right after Christmas to spend some time in Disney. The locations to the parks was great and the room was gorgeous. The boys (ages 9, 6 and 2) LOVED the pool and all the fun water things. We did a trip to Discovery Cove which was only a couple miles down the road. Our room over looked...

Location perfect for parks, shopping, eating out. We are owners here and back for the first time in 12 years, wakoola springs is a great addition, but feel that other facilities / entertainment have dropped, we used to love the live bands playing music by the pool, my kids used to love going on the paddle boats, were informed yesterday...

This is our 3rd time staying at The Fountains & Oasis Lakes, having stayed in Building 5 in 2013 and Oasis Lakes in 2014. We love the location, right on International Drive, with access to the trolley and close to the outlets, Publix and a plethora of restaurants. We had an amazing unit in Oasis Lakes in 2014 and were...

My family and I normally stay at Westgate which we should have gone back. I purchased this package of 8 days and 7 nights with Bass Pro Shop. All excited about the deal and more excited about the rooms per surfing the Internet. I booked a deluxe standard room which should have come with a king size bed and jacuzzi...

Do not stay here unless you want your valuables stolen! Stayed there last week in Building 3, second floor. Within 2 days my medications were stolen by a maintenance man. I asked someone to change a light bulb in the master bathroom where my meds were and the next day discovered that he stole some of my meds. They weren't...

Updated and modern. Loved these rooms. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the master did not have king bed, who puts a queen in a master. The rest of the unit was good, a little small compared to building 10 and other resorts. Staff was excellent, a 5. Very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, but...

We stayed a week in building 3. The appartment is large and the master bedroom is oversized with a free standing bath. It took 4 days and going to manager to get a microwave that works, they always delayed with all kinds of reasons. Forget the popcorn, kids... The battery of safety box is holding with scotch tape so we...

Let me start by saying we are owners at this resort and never imagined we would recieve the type of service we did. At first everything was nice, we had a 2br deluxe unit in building 4 on the 6th floow overlooking the lake (unit 4603) and thought the trip was going to be awesome. Later that day we noticed...
