This was our first trip to Disney with our two kids. We chose to stay at the French Quarter over Riverside since it was more compact therefore easier to get around. Check in was easy, no lines even though it was the middle of March break. Our room was ready when we got there at noon so we were able...

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, swimming pool great for kids (if you have time for that!) the only boat ride is to Disney Downtown (20-25 minutes) all other disney resorts are by bus, 20 -30 minutes rides, nice bus service, on time... overall we enjoyed the stay, but next time I will find hotel next to Magic Kingdom where a...

It's a great place to stay if your taking the family and going to Disney, safe and quite. not much to eat other than Disney food, which has gotten better over the years but still a little pricey... other than that, the grounds are clean and the kids will love it,

Having never, ever been to Orlando, or a Disney Resort, I have to say I was expecting something quite amazing. I was left feeling quite disappointed about this hotel, though as I said I've never been to Orlando so can't compare it against any others there. On arrival, the hotel does not look special to me at all. Check in...

Granted, we got a good rate on this property in January, which was just outside of the busy season, however, similar rates to our favourite Disney property – Coronado Springs. The Springs is sprawled over many acres requiring a bit of legwork to get to the main building, facilities and bus stops. The French Quarter is much smaller and intimate in...

We stayed here for the first week of our holiday on the the 19th of March, it was, (as you would expect from disney) the perfect hotel. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and spotlessly clean. Good amenities, convenient for the parks, with friendly and helpful staff.

Nice rooms and property. Right on the river that takes you to Downtown Disney. Maid took extra time to do special things like make animals out of wash cloths and hand towels. Made a hammock for my son's animals. Too cute! Stayed in Building 1 which was far off. Best to stay in 4 or 3.

I was worried based on some of the negative reviews (and our last stay was at the Grand Floridian!) and found that our experience was better than expected! The room was clean, bright and quiet. We had a third floor, corner room which we requested. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were in tip-top shape. We left a tip for the...

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Had a corner room, a reasonable size, in a block close to all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Good shower in the room, although some would probably find the bathroom a little small. Service in all quarters was excellent. Food was available from a good-sized food court which served a reasonable selection at...
