    nice surprise

    i was not expecting the lovely rooms and nice service we received. Great restaurant where we were given half off our meals and a free shuttle to Universal's Studio Orlando. beautiful Pool nice pool bar/restaurant and it was very large but quiet.More

    Yes they will store it at reception and message you to collect it as long as it’s not an unreasonable size. You must pick it up while there though as it costs to forward it on and they won’t accept it if you’ve checked out... More

    The front desk told me that all the rooms are updated. we were on the 19th floor and it was good.
