There's a bus that passes daily taking and bringing guests from some hotels to the parks, that was great! Location is also excellent. A rough in the Diamond... :( We generally like Holiday Inn Express when we travel because we know that we can expect a certain level of experience. We were sorely disappointed. I am on a trip and remembered that I did not leave a review last November so here it is: We had a spontaneous last minute trip to the parks. I called to make sure the pool and hot tub were working because some reviews said they had problems. They told me the pool was fine and the hot tub was great. The pool had dead frogs and had algae or scum and was not working at all. The hot tub would bubble but had no heat. We waited for over 30 minutes and it was still ice cold. I can understand having maintenance issues, but straight lying to get a reservation is not professional. The hotel had scheduled their conference room for a party/celebration which was fine, but when it was so loud we couldn't sleep and the party continued until almost 11:00 p.m. we were dissatisfied with management's handling of the situation. We had to pass on the breakfast because there were insects crawling in the cereal. The location was bad if you like to visit nearby grocery stores or food places. On the map, there were close places, but you couldn't cross the highway on foot. All in all, it was a big disappointment. Luckily, we had fun in the parks and hardly spent anytime at the hotel. I hope they have gotten new management since our poor experience since we normally love Holiday Inn Express hotels.

The location of this hotel is close to Disney Springs which is very convenient. It has touches of Disney throughout and is well maintained. We always appreciate the comfortable mattresses and pillows which make for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast offers so many options but may get busy. Try to be there at least 15 minutes to a half hour before closing so you are able to enjoy everything because sometimes they run out of things at the end. Pay attention to their policy on housekeeping if you wish for your room to be refreshed as it may be a bit confusing. Overall, a hidden gem.

Excellent bedroon, espacious and with very good beds, pillows, toiletry items (Dove), TV, microwave and coffee machine. The room has also a safe, which is not so common in this brand. The Hotel location is wonderful, very close to Disney Parks (about 10min) and about 15min from Universal Parks, with also many restaurants, farmacy and Markets nearby. It is also very close to Premium Outlets, just crossing I-4 Highway. The breakfast was good, although we missed items like lactose free options. When we asked to clean the bedroom, on the way back we found the beds perfectly tidy, with new sheets and towels, thrash was removed and new soap bar provided, but hair was left close to toilet. In general, the nights were very quiet, even with the hotel almost full. Staff was very polite and efficient, specially Anahi and Armando.

For just a one night stay to meet up with friends for dinner, this property served our purpose very well. It was conveniently located to where we all were meeting. Relatively easily accessed from I-4. The room and bathroom was spacious. Though we were not accommodated for my room location preference (away from elevator) it was surprisingly very quiet!! One thing that was disappointing. HIE is known for it's cinnamon buns at breakfast; this property had a different type which was not quite as appealing as we've experienced at other locations. It was dry and room temperature. All the other breakfast items were up to HIE standards, the eating/dining area was quite large and kept in a very good order.

Beware! This hotel charges $28 per night for parking! It’s not obvious on their website so they apparently know they’re gouging people and taking advantage of them. This is a Holiday Inn Express not a Four Seasons in downtown New York. Plus, it was at least a 30 minute wait to check in. And there’s limited maid service. You have to ask the front desk for extra towels and other supplies like coffee, not revealed on their website. It’s an okay hotel but I would never have stayed here if I knew how greedy they are and little they care about their customers. It was late when we got here and after waiting forever to check in, we were too tired to find another place. This is a hotel that only cares about money and I’ll never stay at this hotel brand ever again.

The ambiance, room comfort, and quiet building despite of being busy are the best things to encounter at this property. Complimentary Breakfast variety was another amazing thing.Vegetarians needs were catered too. My kids enjoyed the most Mickey Mouse pancakes. That was tempting kids to eat. Unlimited tea/coffee/hot chocolate availability. Sleep comfort after tiring day is what travelers need and here I’ll mention CESAR who helped me out with the best of available options for the problem that I encountered. I would surely give this property 10/10 because he understood my trouble and sorted out it in no time. Rooms are so spacious, clean with sturdy furniture above all, under so much affordable prices. Shuttle service was also stress free for parks from hotel and vice Versa. I must say one can have access to halal food store nearby. Their pool is out of service but they gave access to their Neibour- property pools without any stress. It has everything that a travel needs. Looks like newly build property that features quality services and such a welcoming staff. All of them always greet with smiling faces. One feels like home here.
