We chose to stay here because of the special rate they were offering and I am very glad we did. The place is really cool to walk around and see all the super sized memorabilia. The rooms are a little plain and retro but very...More
Our family of 3 stayed at the Pop Century in October 2013 for the Disney Halloween festivities. Overall the Pop Century is a nice value priced hotel within the Disney system. For the same price you can get more off site but then you don't...More
Myself and my 18 year old daughter have just spent 6 nights here in the 50's building on the ground floor. This place is fabulous for the price we paid as a budget no frills resort. I checked in online and were first sent to...More
This hotel is for those who want to spend time at the parks and then have a comfy bed. There is not much entertainment but the buses run on time and the rooms are big and clean. Will return. There is not a lot of...More
We wanted a clean, conveniently located hotel within Disney World and the Pop Century was perfect for what we wanted. We loved the fantastic Free bus shuttle service to all the Disney Parks, which was located right outside the hotel. We would decide which park...More

Hi! if you Google Disney's Pop Century map (on images) You'll see that the shuttle to the parks is located between Classic Hall (Lobby) and the guest check in parking, I think the closest buildings to the buses are: 0101-0472 from the 70's and 9101- 9472 from the 80's/90's
even the front part of the 60's could be "closer"
The two times I was there my rooms were in the 50's and I had to walk quite a bit to get to the Lobby, Buses, store, etc.
Hope the information helps.

If it is a weekday the odds are in your favor but, in a weekend there is really limited chances of early check in but. They will hold your bags so that you can enjoy the parks and then text you when your room is ready.
