I ran into problems with the staff. They either do not care or are poorly trained. The heater did not work I was too cold to get up and look for a blanket. I would look for another hotel. I'm a great supporter of Hamton Inn but not this location

Thank you for your feedback in regards to the heating unit not working in your room. I've worked with our maintenance team to fix the issue, however I apologize that it wasn't resolved sooner. The rooms are nice and reasonably large. Good working space. Bathroom is stndard. Great mattress, good breakfast, ground floor rooms are most convenient, Beware, there is no mini bar and no convenience store or vending machines!

This appears to be a conversion to a Hampton and was very well done. The hotel is older but has been tastefully upgraded. The room we had was a wonderful 1 bedroom fully equipped suite. The staff were typical of Hampton's, very accommodating, friendly and dedicated to making your stay pleasant. We will stay here again when we return to... More

The staff is nice, needs updating and repairs. Our shower rod was broken and they had attempted to repaired it. Poor repair!. No meat served with breakfast. Was quiet even though it is located on a very busy street.

I very much enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn. The facility was modern, stylish with clean rooms, new linens and friendly service. The breakfast bar provided a wide array of healthy options and the food was of a higher quality than most free breakfasts. The omelets were yummy!

The lobby, hallways, and fitness areas of this property appeared nicely renovated for an older property. However, the rooms were dated and smelled musty. The breakfast dining area was basically the entire lobby which was a large space but had too few tables for such a large hotel. People were forced to stalk tables pouncing as soon as someone stood... The location of the hotel was something that made think twice before booking a room: away from International Drive, which I had heard was the place to stay in Orlando. What a surprise. Being away from it was awesome, and everything you need is at your hand. The hotel is compatible to its price, offering a good breakfast, clean rooms... More

I thought the room was extremely overpriced for the quality at $189 per night. The A/C did not cool the room, the room had a chlorine pool smell. The staff were friendly the lobby is well done. I felt that for another $100 I could have stayed at the Renaissance Hotel had had really great accomodations.

We booked this due to its ease on and off the Turnpike and our prior experience with Hampton Inns. We have never experienced such poor customer service and are still a little stunned-were we in the Twilight Zone? We called around 6 p.m. from the road and spoke to a male representative of the reservation line. We are two adults... More

Our family stayed at the Hampton Inn in Orlando, which was very close to the Orlando Florida Mall. The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room. Plus the complimentary breakfast buffet made this hotel a truly enjoyable stay. We stayed here while we visited Universal Studios... More
