I picked this hotel due to the Electric Vehicle charging station. I liked that the hotel rooms were modern and had wood luxury plank vinyl flooring. Even though breakfast wasn't included, my kids were able to eat for free. The adult breakfast cost $10 and was good. The server was a very nice lady.The pool was nice and clean and my kids enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool.

The free shuttle service that ran into late-night/early-morning made this a great, clean and affordable airport hotel option. Very clean room with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Healthy food options limited if you arrive late and without your own transportation.

I called this hotel after having a horrible experience at one down the road, and was looking for somewhere else to stay for the night. The gentleman who answered the phone for reservations was so kind, checking on room availability as well as if we could check in early. Which we could—FREE OF CHARGE! We booked it down the road in the rain and were met with kindness once again at the front desk. I can’t say enough how accommodating the staff was and how much they made our stay perfect. We walked through the doors at noon and were in our room by 12:30! The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We had Instacart & Grubhub deliveries that were received without a problem. I would absolutely stay here again, thank you for saving the day, Wyndham!

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The power outlets in the room all shut off if you turned the lights off. The staffs only suggestion was to charge our phones and other items in the bathroom because they couldn't solve the issue.
Also, the shuttle van to the airport was a death trap. The brakes were metal on metal and the driver even complained to his manager over the phone during our trip to the airport at 5am. He stated he wouldn't be driving any more trips until fixed. His and our lives were in danger. The whole van shook when he applied the brakes.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.

I’m incredibly disappointed with our stay at the Wyndham Hotel in Orlando. The primary reason we chose this hotel was for its shuttle service to the airport, as we needed to catch a bus from MCO for our cruise. However, when we arrived for the scheduled 8 AM shuttle, we were told it was already full, despite having booked it the day before.
To make matters worse, the hotel had the wrong name and address on our reservation when we checked out, adding unnecessary confusion. When we asked for assistance in arranging alternative transportation, the front desk staff refused to call an Uber or taxi for us, and even denied our request to speak with a manager. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist was astonishing.
As we were leaving, we noticed there were actually several empty seats on the shuttle, making it clear that this was a matter of poor communication and disorganization. This experience was frustrating and stressful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone relying on reliable service and professional treatment.

First off, the desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and beds were comfortable. Our room had a table and chair and a mini-fridge, plus the usual hotel amenities.
We stayed here the night before a flight out. Signed up for the 8 am shuttle to the airport. At 8:10 I talked to the desk and she called the driver. He said he was "on the way". At 8:20, she called the driver again and he said he was "10 minutes out". Several of the passengers started setting up Ubers at that point. The shuttle and the Uber drivers arrived at the same time (8:30). It made the morning quite stressful.
Small problems that added up: the sink hot/cold were reversed, the shower put out a weak spray of water, there are no cups in the room. (the front desk staff gave us a coffee cup when we asked about it. She said it is a frequent request). There is adequate parking, but they charge you $6 a night. Which seems a little unreasonable to me, since I had already paid for a room.
No free breakfast. You can buy one for $10. A choice of egg, meat and a bread, with juice or coffee. Give yourself at least 20 minutes from ordering to receiving food (I was one of only two people eating) Not the best for those in a hurry. The eggs and bacon were good and hot. The pancakes were obviously pre made and reheated and a little chewy.
FYI The hotel is a little challenging to get to since the road in front is one way, but it is convenient to the airport.
Since there are MANY similarly priced hotels near the hotel, I would recommend choosing a different one.

The front desk is very rude. I called twice before my stay and talked to what sounded like the same jerk two days in a roll. I wanted to make sure the shuttle was still running when I arrive and he was so so rude. Then the next day I called about a pre check in email I received and again super rude and even hung up on me 😳. I called before my flight left to make sure about the shuttle again because my flight was arriving at 12:30am and I wanted to be sure before I landed and they told me the shuttle wouldn't be running when I arrived and I can't cancel my reservation. So I will be stuck without a shuttle even though it's the reason I chose this hotel. Their website says the shuttle is only closed from 1-4am and they could help me if actually cared about people, but they refused. It's not only a bad way to treat customers it's just not the right way to treat people as human beings. I can't believe they are still in business with a front desk like this.

The beauty of the grounds and lobby are direct indicators of how classy, peaceful, clean, and relaxing the rooms are. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The air is filled with a relaxing scent, the bar adds a very classy ambience, and the staff is awesome, and pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable; the room felt like I was in a zen garden. The showers are immaculately clean, and there is so much space in them. There are crystal clear sliding glass doors - not that gross shower curtain that older places have. The towel service is also abundant. I will book here every single time I come to Orlando from now on. It's less than 10 minutes from the airport, and about 18 minutes from International Drive, where Universal Studios Orlando is located. Very convenient. There are authentic restaurants around the area, as well as casual fair. Very close to the mall as well.

Upon check-in I was told there'd be a $50 deposit (which I was not expecting) that would cover items from the snack wall and breakfast. That $50 deposit was a bit of a surprise to me. I've not had to pay a deposit with other hotels, so it makes me wonder if I got charged that because I went through Priceline. Either way, after checking in, I skipped the snack wall and went up stairs to my room. When I went to order breakfast in the morning I was told that breakfast was extra. When I explained to the lady behind the counter that I was told upon check-in the $50 deposit included breakfast she said, "It does not include breakfast, breakfast is extra." Being hungry and not wanting to argue, I paid for breakfast. I would think that all employees would need to be on the same page when it comes to what's included and what isn't. Outside that my experience at this hotel, albeit limited (just one night), was pretty good. Despite the mix up on paying for breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good size and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and I got a good night sleep. Loved the shower, don't see that very often in a hotel. Would I stay there again? Because of the $50 deposit not sure, but I would definitely consider it. Thank you.

The room was good but the service was below expected of a Wyndham property.
Breakfast was an additional charge and it took about 20 minutes to prepare (it was NOT hot when it arrived). Coffee needed refilling and the decaf was not refilled even though the server said it would be.
Airport shuttle service was substandard, it took almost 40 minutes to pick me up after calling from the airport as requested, even though it was only an 8 minute drive - I was told twice that it was on its way and one time it was delayed because of traffic (there was no traffic at 10:30 pm).
In the morning I was refused service because the female employee driving the van berated me and said I had to help her load my bags in the back because she couldn't do it, when I tried helping her she got irritated and said I was doing it wrong and I said but I thought it was your job - she tossed my bag on the ground and said she wouldn't take me to the airport, full of attitude and expletives. Service is very poor here with some of the employees, others tried hard but it was clear they are understaffed.

Sorry I didn’t get to this sooner. There isn’t a covered garage or parking. As for long term? No sure as I was without a car. Sorry I couldn’t have been more help.
