We booked this somewhat last minute and because of the price we paid for a 2 bdrm (very inexpensive) we did not have high expectations. We ended up here at Cypress Pointe because our usual accommodations were booked and nearly double the price we paid per night at Cypress Pointe. When we arrived my only complaint was that there are...

The location is great. Everything is just minutes away, including the Disney parks. The pool is a nice plus. Our only gripe was with the noise the two nights we were there. All of the rooms are adjoining and you can hear people talking in the room next to your's. We heard loud talking and doors closing each night til...

Mostly a positive experience. However, the single room has a crazy set up. It's actually the third room to a suite. The huge tub is in the middle of the room and takes up needed space. No real privacy for showering which is in the room. Walls very thin and if there are people in the attached suite you will...

Don't recommend for business traveler who won't be using all the amenities offered and because of noise from neighbors. Internet not included in room rate. This place seems like it would be better for families on vacation. I stayed in the studio room with 1 king bed for 3 nights Pros: inexpensive (I paid about $60 per night), comfortable bed,...

After going through the usual check in procedures at the front desk, I was told that I was VIP (which is utter nonsense) and thus would have to go to a separate area to get my keys. A young man came from behind the desk to walk me over to the other side of the check-in area and disappeared into...

Stayed in a 2 bedroom. The kItchen was very well equipped. Beds surprisingly comfortable. Overall excellent value. Negatives: Parking is a big issue especially when returning in the evening. Spend a few $ on a Lyft or Uber if you plan on being out late. There are also no elevators.

First time at Cypress pointe resort and we were greeted with smiles. The check in process was simple with no problems. Our room was a three bedroom on the third floor. There are no elevators but easy access via the stairs. This could be an issue for older people, so you might want to request a lower floor when booking....

I was aware that the buildings do not have elevators, so I came prepared for that. I am also well familiar with timeshare resorts, including Diamond Resorts. If you want the $100 gift card, etc., then you can expect to have to listen to a pitch. If that's not your thing (getting free gifts in exchange for your time in...

We were in town for just 2 days for a tournament. We rented a 2 bedroom villa in the #5 building. We found the villa to be quite large and had everything we needed for our short stay. We used the volcano pool and ordered pizzas (very good) from the cafe on pool site and ate them at the pool....

When we first got there we were torpedoed to go to a gala and dinner that night and had to go to 90 minute seminar. We shared we were exhausted and he didn't care and we were pressured. We went and left gala at 9pm because of exhaustion. The gala was bright in room, cold and noisy. This was not...
