I bought a reservation here through priceline last minute. Priceline never sent the reservation. I sat in the lobby for over 2 hours with Priceline telling me the hotels computers needed to “refresh”. This hotel did everything they could to figure out the issue. Once we figured out it was Priceline’s error the hotel not only matched my price by Priceline, they gave me a better deal, over 50% off their normal rate. Super happy with the customer service and Sean at the front desk. Awesome people here! Good management! Priceline, on the other hand, was a complete failure.
My Colleagues and I were in town mid October for the NBAA Aviation Conference in Orlando and stayed at the Rosen Plaza from Sunday thru Thursday and we were very happy with our stay!!!! The Hotel was very close to many restaurants, close to the Convention Center and very clean!!! We hosted an Impromptu Cocktail Hour at the Hotel which we decided to do without consulting the Bar (since we weren't really thinking about that), sent out Texts and emails to our clients that AM and the Bar/Hotel Staff were FANTASTIC!!!! They opened the Bar for us @ 4pm and our Impromptu Cocktail Hour was a Huge Success and we had Many Clients attend so Thank you, Thank you to the Bar Staff!!! They are Fantastic no matter what time of day you stop by to Wet your Whistle!!!!
A clean hotel with friendly staff, a good buffet breakfast and a reasonable pool area. The room was comfortable, decent shower and facilities. Very close to the west hall and a 22 min walk to the south, also a good location for restaurants and so on
This hotel is old and run down. Rooms are noisy, poorly maintained and you hear every word spoken next door and outside. In addition, the service is very poor and not friendly at all. Even basic items are not provided, not even asking for them.
Nice Hotel and good facilities this hotel is miles better than it’s neighbour hotel The Rossen Inn. Great location nice rooms and we had a great holiday. I think on a whole all these hotels need upgrades as the decor and furniture is the same as our last visit and it was over 11 years.
Standard room in a fancy building, severely overpriced. The lobby beautiful, restaurants and bar fancy, the room it self, very basic. Definitely wouldn't spend the money to stay here again. $300 for a room and we still had to pay for parking, $20 self, $30 valet. They are definitely gouging the consumer. There are several hotels in the area, all more reasonably priced and clean. Our $300 room had rust in bottom corner of the tub, a small spot of mold on the tub wall, the room was small and cramped for two people. Don't waste your money, I splurged for our anniversary but it wasn't worth the extra money.
Great hotel excellent location and lovely staff. Rooms nice and comfy beds stayed in 1159 house keeping excellent will be back next year. Lots of bars and restaurants write on the door step. Poolside Bar 39 great food and happy hour everyday 4 till 7pm. Staff were all lovely highly recommend.
We found Rosen Plaza by chance in 1997 and have been back most years since, initially with our 3 children then latterly on our own as a couple sometimes twice a year. Its perfect location is a dominant factor in our on going returns along with friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable, extremely comfortable beds and delightful pool and patio area. My husband happened to mention to the cashier, when purchasing our morning coffee, it was our 35th wedding anniversary this trip and was overheard by Ms Alhem Sakham who took it on herself to spoil us beyond belief. I was so emotional when I saw how she decorated our room, beautiful, this lady even discounted our dinner in Jacks restaurant, which incidentally is without doubt the best steakhouse in the area by none. We have eaten here several times over the years and it’s never let us down. We also lunched on several occasions at 39 bar, brilliant value for money and delicious. Love this place and can’t wait to go back. Rosen Plaza is without doubt our go to hotel when in Orlando.…
I recently stayed here overnight with friends. I was pleased that it was just as nice and clean as it was on my previous stay in 2019. It is very convenient to walk to everything if you do not feel like driving and the pool is great for lounging around. I will definitely be back.
We'd never stayed on i-Drive so wasn't sure what to expect. Our holiday started with a Hard Rock stay then onto Rozen Plaza for around 18 days in May 22. Check in was straight forward and quick and the lobby area was vibrant and pleasant. We were given an 11th Floor room which had great views of the pool and across the i4 - we soon realised we could see the Disney Parks in the distance and had great firework views on an evening. The room was a nice size and clean and comfortable. I'm not a great sleeper but the bed was nice and comfy & bathroom more than adequate for the both of us. There's a Starbucks on site which was great for an early morning coffee. Service generally excellent even when busy with airline and business folks staying there. Loved the pool area, lovely and relaxing and the food at the pool bar was good (some may say a tad pricy but we were happy to do it occasionally). Enjoyed the tacos and margaritas! Juliana deserves a mention for excellent service. Room was cleaned daily thanks to the hardworking and lovely staff there. All were friendly and engaging. The onsite shop was great to get any bits we needed and the hot sandwich we got late one night was a godsend after a soaking at Magic KIngdom fireworks!! So this was a great base to go and explore i-Drive and all the restaurants etc. Near to CVS pharmacy which proved handy and good for Millers, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden and many more with just a 10/15 minute stroll. We liked it so much we return for 10 days in Nov/Dec this year - can't wait to be back and then we return again October 23 for 16 days. Too many nice staff to name but thanks for looking after us and see you all soon. …
