Nestled in Orlando, the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tuscany Village is a hit among families, who particularly enjoy its vibrant atmosphere, complete with live music and events. Guests have called out the spacious and comfortable rooms, though some have pointed out cleanliness could be improved. The service is widely commended for being prompt and the staff friendly, but the housekeeping sometimes falls short. While the hotel boasts beautiful pools and is conveniently located near major attractions, opinions on the overall value are mixed, with some guests expecting more for the price and others satisfied with the experience.

I just stayed here with my adult son for 4 nights for his spring break and it was very nice! I'm going to give you the blow by blow about my stay which is the truth. First, I would highly recommend staying here for sure. We would definitely return. We are not time share owners but Hilton rewards members. We were able to check in about 5 hours early when we arrived which was so nice! After checking in, they send you over to the "timeshare" salespeople who need to give you your parking pass. It's a ploy, the check in people are more than capable to give you the pass. So we go to the shady man who starts asking me if I'm married, where is my husband, blah blah. Again, I was with my 22 year old college son. I said why and did not give him any info about my husband. And then he tried to give us the time share pitch. I cut him off and pretty much scolded him. We drove from NH and knew this was going to happen. It's obnoxious it really is. Needless to say during our 4 days here, we were not harassed again to buy a silly timeshare property which are not an investment....

I suggest asking to stay in Building 1 which is right by the large pool and the clubhouse, gym, coffee shop etc. We stayed in building 4 which was great but once you get to know the lay of the land and how everything works, you should really be in Building 1.

Pool chairs-this is a disgusting practice that goes on at this resort. You have the owners; they are a different breed of people. Mostly retirees that are kind of rude and think they own the place, if you say you aren't an owner, the nose goes up. These are timeshares not million-dollar mansions, it's quite funny actually. They actually line up at the gate of the pool at 6:30am to go put their towels and belongings on chairs. The pool opens at 7am. So, of course on the days we did not venture off property, I got up and did the same thing. Otherwise, you will NOT get a pool chair. The signs say that you cannot partake in this practice, but those rules are not enforced and if someone says something to an owner and they are saving chairs, they pull the "do you know who I am"?? It's so so so obnoxious. So, I got up and got to the pool at 7:05am just like the rest of them and saved our chairs. It's unfortunate that this is a common practice here, but you have to play the game and I highly suggest you do so if you want a chair or chairs for your family/friends. Set that alarm for 6:30am and go save your chairs.

The service here is amazing. They text you so if you need anything you can just text and they answer right away. The bar staff at the pool were awesome! The good thing about the drinks and snacks at the pool is that they don't charge all of those hefty hotel taxes, just regular food tax and you tip as you please.

The room we were in was great, huge for two people, we had a little deck, balcony, laundry, whirlpool tub, etc. We even cooked breakfast daily and dinner twice in the room. You can walk to Publix and Starbucks, they are that close.

Our plan was to stay 5 nights but we were driving north and wanted to get a head start and hit other states along the way and they were so nice to let us check out a day early with no fees.

I do recommend this place for sure but definitely take my advice about the chairs and don't waste your time with the time share people, life is too short and getting a tan is way more important!

This property was well run and made my family feel well taken care of at this location. The room appeared to be cleaned well and for what it was worth, had blue security tape that was intact (i.e. sealed) on the door jam to show it was cleaned and ready for entry.

The staff all wore masks and had gloves and explained the extra precautions being taken place during this ongoing pandemic. During the stay there, we did have the washer/dryer machine in our unit break down and it was replaced. The technicians that showed up to replace it were responsible with their PPE usage. Although a number of the amenities were out of service, the pool was open and there was constant cleaning/disinfecting ongoing in that area.

Hilton's attention to detail was appreciated!

The location itself is excellent with a lot of variety in food and shopping right across the driveway at the Premium Outlets.

The check-out was a breeze. No call required to check-out, just leave the keys and go! Loved it.

We were at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany Village for a forth year in a row. We really enjoy that the room is equipped with full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. On the balcony, a table with 4 chairs gives you the option to eat outside since it is screened. No mosquito ! You can also order pizza (it is amazing !) and other light meals. Housekeeping cleans up every day, and if you need assistance for anything, customer service helps you real fast. The hotel is really close to all Disney's Parks, so it is good for families as well. And it is a 5-minute-walk to factory outlets. The pools are amazing... What else can I add ? I cannot find a bad side. We are going back for sure next year !

We stayed in a 2 bedroom /2 bathroom accommodation with a full kitchen in the larger suite and a mini-kitchen in second bedroom. The grounds are very well kept with nice walking path around the property.

There are many amenities such as business center, market and deli, poolside bar and grill, games, DVDs, activities, two pools, hot tubs, and a sports court for basketball or pickle ball.

The food and drinks on premise are good, and you can happily dine on the premises. If you prefer to cook for yourself, there is a Publix grocery store right across the street.

Conveniently located next door to the complex is a Premium Outlet Mall with many popular stores. It is easily walkable.

Our rooms were clean and spacious, both with lanais & furniture out there to view the pool area. Our kitchen was fully appointed with what we needed for cooking.

We stayed in building one, overlooking the pool area. If you want quiet, this is NOT the building to be in. The nightly activities are loud (live music, karaoke by loud guests, late and loud bar patrons, and the constant slamming of the metal pool gate). It is recommended to use a sound machine and earplugs if you are in this building if you are a light sleeper. Better yet, ask for a different building.

Overall, we had a nice experience here; and it was our second stay at one of the resorts they have in Orlando. Not sure if we’d come back to this same location, but if we did we’d ask for a room far away from all the resort “action” so we could get a decent night’s sleep after a long day spent at theme parks.

We stayed here because we could get a two bedroom with a kitchen. One bedroom had a huge tub and a shower. There was also a small kitchenette in the second bedroom. This place was very clean and comfortable and my only complaint is it isn’t noise proof so if kids scream in the hallways you can hear it. The location is very close to all the major attractions with a grocery store across the street from the resort.

We decided to stay off property for this Disney World vacation and this resort came recommended through some travel blogs I read. As most reviewers say, the property is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and the location is very close to the parks. We rented a two bedroom unit. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped for a 9 day stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores near this location. Drive to the parks is only 10 - 15 minutes. Our unit contained enough dishes, glasses, and utensils for 4 people and the adjoining room had a kitchenette with 2 additional place settings. Unit contained a coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, frying pan, and some cooking utensils. We bought a spatula at Walmart as our unit did not have one. You are provided a scrub sponge and a small bottle of dish soap. Washer and dryer worked well. Purchase your own detergent. The sample one in the room is not that good and there is only one. We had a first floor unit with a view of the lake from the screened porch which was nice for morning coffee. Three large flat panel TVs (living room and in each bedroom) and cable tv. WiFi was strong and fast. I will note that parking is at a premium so if you arrive back late you may have to park a bit further from your building but I just dropped the family off at the front of the building and did the walk myself. Property is very secure and safe. We stayed in Building 7 across the lake from the main pool. Pool is heated and well lit. Plenty of seating and two hot tubs. Quick walk over the bridge to get to the pool which was nice. This building also backed up to the private entrance to the Vineland Outlets. This is a secured door so need a room key to enter and exit. Visit Disney Character Warehouse to purchase discounted Disney merchandise from the parks. Please feel free to contact me with questions. I plan to return to this property for future stays.

My husband and I traveled with our 4 year old son and stayed 4 nights at the Tuscany property. This is our second time and it won’t be our last ! We already started looking at dates and rates for this fall. Everything with our stay has been outstanding. Our suite has all you need with a full kitchen, living room, (with pull out sofa bed) dining area, large bedroom with a comfortable King bed, jacuzzi tub, spacious bathroom with a stand up shower. The suite has a washer/dryer which came in handy twice during our stay ! They supply laundry soap too which is nice. The kitchen has all of the utensils and dishes needed. They even had a large coffee maker and complimentary coffee/fixings. We are very impressed.
Nice flat screen TVS, one in each room. Beautiful patio with full table/chairs and great view of the pool. The suite is spic and span. Didn’t see one issue with cleanliness which is usually an issue at most hotels. The staff here is doing a phenomenal job and we are so grateful that you are open for business (even during the virus) and treating your guests well.
We visited both pools and hot tubs during our stay. Nice volleyball net at the large pool. Great lounge chairs and towels. We did not eat or drink at bar or restaurant but were pleased to see that we could bring our own waters and snacks for our son. Nice to not have staff members down your back about every little move. Thank you for allowing that. I saw some guests bring coolers with food and drinks. Not sure that’s allowed but it appeared to be okay. We will know for next time. :) it’s nice to not have pressure to purchase food and drinks only from the hotel as things get expensive on vacation.
The grounds of the hotel were immaculate. Great job keeping that up. Staff members ride around in golf carts so that made us feel safe. Just loved everything about the property and we can not wait to come back!!
This is the only hotel we will visit when staying in Orlando. Your suites are awesome !
We stayed two years ago and it was clean then too. Keep up the great work !! Cleanliness is very important to us (and not just b/c of the virus). We felt like home here ! We already told our extended family members to join us back here in the fall !! Thanks again for all you did to make our stay comfortable !

As I write this review I am a long time owner and I’ve stayed at several properties through the Covid re-opening. To me I’m not as worried about all the protocols as others maybe. My issue with this resort is that they say they are following protocols and doing things in all actuality they are not. I’m fine if they don’t want to do it but they just need to admit it.

The pool chairs are not socially distance and they are not cleaned constantly throughout the days as I’ve seen at other properties.

They only have one or two bartenders working a limited our schedule each day. The resort was full capacity with every room being full for spring break every chair was at the pool but limited services at the pool. I saw people stand in line for extended periods of time waiting for service at the bar. There are no services were you can order anywhere else but there. The line at times was 10 to 15 people deep which blocked passageway.

I saw lines of people standing at the pool at 8o’clock in the morning when they unlock the gate to go in to reserve chairs and not return for hours. Making it difficult to find a chair if you came at 10 or 11. The sign says if things are left unattended for 30 minutes they will clear them away yet there’s no one there working to clear them away.

They were unsupervised kids with float toys in the hot tub‘s and there was no one to tell them to get out. I get that you don’t want to enforce rules to keep people from being mad but as an owner I kind of expect you to enforce rules. Otherwise you need to get rid of the rules.

Just overall a very poor management of the pool and services. They may blame it on Covid but it’s a fact that they are not managing it very well.

Housekeeping services were always friendly and our midweek cleaning was done very early in the day which was perfect.

When I went to check out I did express my concerns to one of the guest services representatives and she did admit there are some issues and she also did a form of compensation to take care of the inconveniences. There’s no reason that if you were at full capacity that all the services at both pools should not be at full capacity as crowded as it was for spring break.

After a mix up with the style of room that we were assigned the accommodations are still very nice. Parking is always a challenge but they do offer adequate transportation if you have to park on the other side of the resort.

We had reservations to return at fall break but after seeing how they are managing the services at this resort we have switched to one of the other properties that we know has done a better job of it.

The room was spacious and well designed. We were on the 4th floor in room 3415. It had a screened in balcony which was a ice feature but it had not view, only one of the building next to us. The room was clean and inviting. The kitchen was a small full kitchen. There was insufficient cooking utensils and eating utensils Hilton only provided 4 knives, spoons and forks. as well as plates. Doing dishes is a constant thing. There is not enough actual pots or pans and only one skillet to prepare a regular full meal. I had to get plastic forks and knives from the deli to ensure I had enough for more than one meal. The cookware that was provided was of good quality: Cuisinart. The oven in our room had a definite problem. We used it on 2 occasions to bake something at 350 degrees. Once it reached that temperature soon afterwards there was a loud clanging noise as if the oven would explode. But the biggest issue was the No Cleaning of the Room unless yoiu stayed a minimum of 3 nights. Then on the 4th day the room could be cleaned if you desired it. When I received the automated call asking me if I wanted my room cleaned the following day I replied that I did. We had planned a full day at the Kennedy Space Center so I thought the timing of a cleaning would be perfect since we would be out of the room form 9:00 AM until t least 7:00 PM. We returned that day at 7:30 PM to find a housekeeping person in tour room just starting to do the bedroom. We did not want to bother her so we left and had to find someplace on the premises to stay until the room cleaning could be completed. We checked again at 8:00 PM and she was still inside cleaning other parts of the room. Finally when we returned at 8:20 PM she was gone. The room was nicely cleaned and fresh looking but truthfully, we were in shock that this clearing activity would take place so late in the evening when most people would be finishing dinner or even going to bed after along day away. We were grateful to even get a room cleaning so we did not want to complain. But seriously, the former Hilton Hotels that we have stayed in prior to this pandemic were never like this. We had to wonder if things would ever go back to the way they were before with great customer service and good amenities. After a discussion we came to the conclusion that none of the hotels would ever be like we had known t them to be. If hotels can operate with a full customer base and not have to provide the same amenities as they use to, why would they ever go back to those days? I think an informed person can understand the business position that has taken place. We just wish that Hotels would quit blaming everything on Covid and stating that their new way of operating is for the safety of their customers. I think most customers would agree that a clean room is much healthier than a dirty one full of garage.

Nice resort for owners not for exchangers
Pros for this resort
Rooms are large
Rooms and commons areas are clean and well kept
Cons for this resort
Exchangers are given the least desirable units overlooking the outlet mall parking garage.
Charged $175 amenities fees providing very little in exchange
WIFI and cable services need improvement
Pool bar food and drinks overpriced and marginal quality.
Parking is not adequate for size of resort.
Beds are very uncomfortable for a resort wanting to be upscale.

I would think so. There is a security building, but I would think they would let deliveries through. There are places across the street and at the adjacent mall you can walk to eat. A grocery store across the street also.

Hi ... I'm so sorry to respond so slowly. Yes it is a timeshare, but my experience is that they aren't too pushy. I have read that some people say they are pushy, but not in my case. They invited us to join a talk, we declined. They asked again, and we firmly said no. They then gave us their card and asked us to contact them should we change our minds.
