We stayed here over March Break and everything was fantastic! It was our first stay in the Grandstand area -- we have previously stayed in the Springs and Paddock areas and thought that they were the best -- but we now realize that the Grandstand is absolutely just as great, (unless perhaps you have kids in the 4 to 10...

There are several sections within Saratoga Springs. We stayed in Congress Park. This part is close to the Disney Springs (shopping, food) bridge. It's almost a half mile walk to the cafe and restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Parking here was easy, plenty of spaces. We had a view of the water and Disney Springs Planet Hollywood, House of Blues, and...

As much as I love Disney, some Disney resorts really need to be updated... including this resort. Let's start with the positive. First off, the grounds are beautifully kept which was an added bonus. The rooms are spacious and we loved having a kitchen in ours. The resort is in a pretty central location, it's located right next to Disney Springs...

We stayed in the Carousel building. The property is nice enough, but it is very spread out so the walk from our room to the pool, spa, restaurants and the office was about five minutes. Where we stayed seemed to be pretty quiet, which I really appreciated. The room was OK, but there were some very dusty places around the...

The rooms and kitchen were nice. Plenty of space to spread out. The bathrooms are starting to show age and need work. The resort has an adults only pool with a spa, which was nice in the evening. Great to be on property for Food & Wine.

In our 12th year of Disney Vacation Club membership with Saratoga Springs as our home resort. My family and I have stayed here maybe 6 times and just completed a stay. The rooms are definitely showing their age. Tears in draperies and worn furniture was apparent. Walls are not soundproof. Some of the little details we used to expect are...

Property is well maintained and very clean. Rooms have been kept up to date and are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool in our area was open 24/7 which was nice for a late night dip in the hot tub. Well worth the price .

My wife and I have stayed here maybe 10 times but always in a one bedroom. This time we are in a studio and it is a big let down. We are in Congress Park which has a great view and is convenient to Disney Springs. Let down comes in that our room only has a queen bed vs a...

This was our 4th visit. The rooms are showing their age, as is the resort. This is where we usually get the most room for our money. We have a special needs child and the layout of this resort works for us. The employees at the resort are extremely helpful and make the place great. There are several pools, some...

DVC members and first visit to Tree Top Villas. Our stay was excellent. Kids loved it! The decor is older and a little tired but all part of the rustic vibe. The mattress in the master was pretty awful though. Would have to quantify that by saying we had just left the Disney Cruise so the comparison was striking. The...
