I stayed at the Dolphin hotel this April with my family. It was a wonderful trip as always and the Dolphin is a lovely hotel with very nice staff. I had the pleasure this year of working with Terri Scott in the reservation department when I was planning the trip. It was for a large party with multiple rooms. This...

The Dolphin and swan are massive convention/vacation hotels that seamlessly join the Disney boardwalk and yacht club hotels. The property is typical Disney - lush well manicured and landscaped grounds with nice pool amenities. Water transport to other hotels, EPCOT and Disney Hollywood Studio. Now - the Hotel which is really a Starwood SPG property. Elevators are plentiful and frequent....

Not aware until after we arrived, that the Swan side of the hotel entrance was under construction. This caused a bit of confusion when we went to take the shuttle to Magic Kingdom the next morning. An employee was very kind in telling us that the construction does not allow for shuttle buses to pick up. Instead, we need to...

Thank you for complementing our staff on keeping The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort clean, they do a wonderful job! Our fantastic proximity to the Walt Disney World theme parks, especially Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios is beloved by all of our guests and we are glad you enjoyed it. We apologize for your inconvenience with transportation to...

I booked my first stay at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, expecting a clean, nice convention-type hotel. I arrived at 11:00 am on 5/5/17, after a long overnight flight from Oregon. I was not expecting that my room would be ready, but was tired and hopeful. The check-in process was easy, the front desk staff very friendly, and within minutes...

A simple request for a pool side drink. No server stopped after being lounged for an hour. Inquired at hostess desk with an apathetic response. BYOB is best. A bit of a shame on SPG.... A simple turn in customer service would be well-received. Come on Marriott - bring it on!

After reading some of the TripAdvisor reviews, I didn't know what to expect. Stayed in The Dolphin, on the 11th floor, in a recently renovated room. The room and the view were both beautiful. Our conference was stretched out between both the Dolphin and the Swan, so we were able to see the whole resort. A private event at the...

We stayed here for 3 nights in April for business and pleasure and we were very disappointed. The business areas are great and large and our conference was great. The rest of the hotel was lacking. We were in a standard room with a group rate that was more than a night in a moderate Disney resort. I'm not sure...

Got to room late at night after park. Went to room and it was over run with german roaches. Not to mention outdated and dirty. Walked right out and got a refund. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel i wouldnt give it a half a star.

This was the first time that I stayed on property at Disney and the Swan was one of the best parts of the trip. The room was nice and roomy and the were 2 sinks in the bathroom, which works well for a family stay. We went to the Garden Grove restaurant twice for dinner, inside the swan, and our...
