This hotel is perfectly adequate, with large clean (although looking somewhat worn) rooms, a complimentary breakfast, cheap wi-fi ($4.99 per stay), and a generous kitchen. Great for long self-catering stays. There is no room service unless you stay more than 7 days, although you can pay if you want it (details on Extended Stay's website). The main problems we had...

Great service for a low value. It was our first visit in Orlando and we found everything we needed in our stay. The rooms were large with a functional kitchen. It was like living in our home - really a good surprise.

I have stayed here for the last 2 years and already have reservations for this coming summer. I love this place. For a room rate of $49 per night (AAA weekly rate) I have a large room with a full kitchen - I've lived in homes with smaller (much smaller) kitchens. It is impossible to say how much I saved...

I've just returned from this accomodation with my wife and our 13 year old niece and we loved it. The room was lovely and spacious and the location was excellent. The check in took about 10 seconds as did the check out. The building itself is only 3 stories and the pool area was much better than expected. There are...

This would be a great value for those going to Universal Studios. Having the kitchen was very useful for getting an early start in the parks. Lots of space in the room for spreading out. Very clean. It's similar to renting a condo. The downside: a little far (25 mins) from Disney parks and the beds were not the best...

We needed a cheap place to stay for a recent five night visit to Orlando. We werent doing the Disney thing, just needed to be close to some family we were visiting. We were on a very tight budget so we definitely looking for a room with a kitchenette. This hotel was truly a find. The price was absolutely unbelievable....

We stayed there from 3/18/10-3/26/10. Our room was on the 2nd floor; it was very clean and actually bigger than I imagined. The room had 2 doubles, a hide-a-bed, a recliner, a desk, a nice dresser, a swivel TV, a full sized closet with mirrors, and a full kitchen. Since we stayed over a week, we received one complimentary cleaning...

I stayed three nights in mid-March before going on a road trip. I picked the ESD based on price and reviews. The room was clean, spaceous and quiet. I didn't really need the efficency-kitchen, but still it was good to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic with bagels...

We have just completed a five week stay at this hotel. Last year we booked a month and extended our stay by a week. This facilty is very close to several restaurants, grocery shopping, and other hotels. Having a full size fridge, stove and micro wave made it easy to prepare our meals when we were not eating out. There...

I do travel a lot and I am usually fusssy about my hotel choice. I chose this one because of the very positives trip advsior's review. I was not disapointed at all. Worthy of note is how eager to help and friendly the front desk staff is. This is a 3 strorey wood frame building. If you are on the...
