We were there with a group of about 14 people for a pre-cruise night. Our cruise left out of Port Canaveral and while the airport does offer a shuttle service to the port, we decided on getting our own shuttle for the group. The rooms were what you would expect from a SpringHill, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good. Front desk seemed a little understaffed the night we were there, but the staff was friendly. One of our group had a "stay and cruise" rate that included parking for the week plus the hotel's shuttle to the port. When he checked in they didn't seem to know about that rate category, but the manager on duty quickly resolved the issue.

Stayed here several times for business and with family during travel. They are clean and have top marks for their free breakfast and their location next to many food establishment. Staff is on and as a Bonvoy member note that this location does not accommodate upgrades. I have stayed here 3 times and never been upgraded. Only hotel in Orlando that always claims to be 100% full at all times. However in a pinch their suites usually have a good pull out couch. Every once in a while this location is well priced however they are very pricey most of the time. A lot better options around if you are willing to shop around. Recommend only for Comfort and their good breakfast.

My flight out of Orlando was canceled, airlines gave me a list of comp hotels, I chose Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Check in was a breeze, room was well appointed and the king size bed was super comfortable. After a restful night I went downstairs to enjoy the hot breakfast! The hotel followed all CDC recommended guidelines and sanitizing stations were located throughout the lobby and breakfast area.
I definitely recommend the Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport. This hotel is amazing for overnight lodging and would be ideal for extended stays when visiting the Orlando area!

Room was somewhat clean, night time was not good, kept sneezing could not sleep, next day looked in closet by the bed slept in and there was so much mold inside the closet behind the door. I figured this was what was making me sneeze all night. The next morning the front desk agent wasn’t at the desk for at least 10 minutes he came strolling out of a side door with food, when I explained my stay he could care less. Even to call down for 1 extra towel the phone rang and rang after a good 30 minutes waiting on the towel I called again he told me the housekeeping didn’t have any clean towels waiting on them to wash, simple solution was to go to a room not occupied and get a clean one so we could get showered and get going but he wasn’t willing to do anything above and beyond clearly his job doesn’t matter to him. So disappointed in our stay, with Covid cleaning so important to some this hotel doesn’t care. The night audit guy was the only positive experience with the stay. Maybe the am shift should take note from the night audit gentlemen. When traveling maybe not have this hotel as a choice.

My second time staying at this property within 1 month. For the Marrio, the promise to ensure elevated cleaning processes I was shocked to find a wet hand towel hanging on the handle behind the shower curtain near the faucet and then to make things worse the shower was never more than lukewarm and closer to cold. I did not have a problem with no hot water on my previous stay however I was on the 2nd floor and on the 3rd this time. Also the lock did not work on the door so I placed a chair in front of my door. I would have requested a diffferent room if I had not already unpacked and had yo be up at 4AM the following morning. If you need shuttle service to the airport don't expect it to be quick coming or going. They pick up at multiple properties and will keep you waiting on others who don't have the decency to be waiting for the scheduled pickup. This is not what I expect from a Marriott property.

We have stayed at other Springhill Suites in other cities and found to be nice places. Breakfast was good but if you arrive late the chances were you will not get what you like to eat. Essentials such as shampoo etc were not replenish unless you ask for it. Pandemic was used as excuses

I found the staff to generally unfriendly with only a few exceptions.
The breakfast food was inedible and not restocked throughout the week.

I needed to put my groceries on the bellhop cart, but the bellhop carts were all taken. Rainer was very kind to offer to help me take a case of water and the bags of items to my room. I also advised him that my room phone was not working, and if someone could check my refrigerator to make sure my groceries don’t go bad. He was attentive, and listened to my concerns. He wrote down the items that needed to be taken care of, and my experience here at SpringHill Suites by Marriott has been an exceptional stay. Thank you.

Hotel and room was very clean and photo was just as advertised. The shuttle was the main reason we chose this hotel, and it picked us up within 10 minutes from the landing call, and immediately to the airport the second time. We used the couch pullout, which was trundle-style twin size, so don't plan on a queen size, BUT it was remarkably comfortable and I slept like a baby. I love Springhill Suites because they have a separation between the beds and the couch / kitchen area. I wish I could buy whatever new fragrance they have in the lobby--it is superb!!

If you can avoid staying at this Marriott property, please go elsewhere. While the pandemic is difficult for all, Springhill Suites is using COVID as an excuse to fail to deliver even minimal services.
There was No housekeeping for 5 days, no accommodation of any request, a stale bagel without butter or cream cheese in r jam in a paper bag as ‘breakfast’ and no interest by management of appropriate compensation.
While other Marriott properties continue to provide Marriott standard superior service during the pandemic, there was and is no attempt by this Springhill Suites to provide minimally acceptable services.

Hello! Only one TV for the two sections.
They are pretty responsive from what I remember, and not too far from the airport.
Two queen-sized beds plus a sofa bed. The sofa bed would not be quite as comfortable or as large. Depends on how big the six are.
Spring Hill books up to eight guests per room.
There was a waffle machine when u stayed there. I was up to early to use it (5:30am) but the entire experience there was amazing.
