Despite other reviews on this hotel, we had absolutely no problems with our stay. It was a quick 15-20 minute or so drive/uber from the airport. Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and modern. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and quick. Our room was ready, clean, and stocked. The only critique is that there are not a ton of outlets in the room, or they are not near the desks or beds, but we made it work. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower room so that made getting ready with a larger party easier. The room has a little front area with a couch, desk, and fridge/coffee area. Then the second area has the bathroom, two beds, and a closet. The breakfast area had many places to sit, and the choices of breakfast were perfectly adequate. This hotel is located closer to the Orlando eye area, but is an easy uber drive away from other theme park properties. Staying farther away from main attractions saved us a little money on the room rate. We stayed here one night before our cruise from Port Canaveral. We were able to visit Disney Springs, and see a movie at the Regal Pointe just down the street. In the morning we arranged for a ride to Port Canaveral after eating breakfast at the hotel. Overall this hotel fit our needs for this trip and I would recommend this hotel.

My friend and I had been on a cruise in the Caribbean, and had to have two nights in Orlando before we went home to Norway. Hotel - the choice was a little random, and we had no special expectations. We were positively surprised by most of this hotel. The service that is here is absolutely unique. All who work here are very service-minded and friendly. The room we got was very large, it contained two queen-zize beds, which by the way were some of the best hotel beds we have had, kitchenette and a sofa / TV section. Breakfast is super simple, but it kept for us. Coffee and tea can be served at the reception throughout the day. The pool in the hotel was cold, but we were allowed to use the pool, bubble bath and sun loungers in the neighboring hotel right next door (1 minute away) We found many restaurants that lay a few hundred meters behind the hotel, past some large parking spaces.Great store with lots of selection we also found ( Walgreens)
We missed the safe in the room, as well as a little more space for storage / hanging of clothes, but otherwise it is very good. We have cost us.Thanks for us.😊

I would definitely stay here again. It’s fairly basic but it was clean, QUIET, and the A/C was blasting. Nothing like coming back from a long day in the Florida heat to a chilly hotel room. They could use some basic decor updates to the carpeting, but overall things were in good shape. No mold or rust or bugs to be found! Bed was comfy and not super firm, thank god. I feel like there’s always kids running in the halls at the crack of dawn when I’m in Orlando (yes I know it’s the theme park capital of the US but we don’t need to slam doors and yell!) and I didn’t hear a peep in our hallway the entire 4 days we were there which was lovely! Parking is $13 a day which was mildly annoying but par for the course. Very easy walk to lots of restaurants and Walgreens. I had minimal interactions with the staff but they were all lovely and accommodating. Room had a sitting area with fridge and microwave which came in handy. My friend had breakfast one of the days and said it was good with a good amount of hot and cold options.

Room Tip:We always found parking in the back. Loved using the Bonvoy mobile app for the room key.

Stayed 2 nights here to be closer to Orlando airport, booked through Costco travel with avg nightly rate around $200
We had room 321 which is a one king bed suite which the room is surprisingly narrow despite it having a separate living area with a breakfast nook. The door absolutely rockets itself closed and that may explain why the manual lock bar is barely able to latch it self on the door. I think it was locked but it didn't look secure.
The sofa bed is interesting as it's actually a trundle bed. The sofa has a full/twin size mattress at the bottom drawer. You then add the mattress to the sofa frame to make it to daybed for one person. And the keyword there is one person, two people can't sleep on the full/twin mattress rather someone has to sleep on the literal couch and one person can sleep on the mattress on the floor
Really then the room should not say this room can be used as accommodating for four adults so that's borderline false advertising.
The room itself other than the shower/toilet combo feels a bit worn & tired and industrial. Nothing really stands out it just feels dull and a bit disorganized. They have the piping and drain installed for a sink but just didn't bother to install it.
All of the hotel staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. The room was ready right at 3pm for check in as promised.
Breakfast has eggs, sausage, hot premade oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fruits/veggies and assorted cereals.
Parking here is tough. A lot of the spots are really small and at night the lot was nearly at capacity. Paid $10 a night for this as well
For the money, and the trundle bed, the room won't work for us or any party more than 3 and we won't stay here again.

I booked four rooms for three nights. Every one of the rooms I booked smelled musty and dirty. After repeated complaints to the front desk over the 3 night stay, it seems like they sprayed febreze in the rooms but the underlying issue was still there. All 8 members of my party who were there have headaches and sore throats now, 2 days after checkout. This hotel is not even close to Marriott standards, and frankly I expect more as a Titanium Elite member. I don't expect luxury from Springhill Suites, but I do expect clean.

We stayed here for five nights to attend an event at the nearby convention center. While this hotel offers a great location, it appears to be suffering from significant housekeeping and cleanliness issues. The hallway carpets were filthy and smelly, and there was no evidence that they or the stairwells were cleaned at any point during our stay. We had to ask three times to have our shower soap dispenser refilled and/or our tv fixed, and we only received housekeeping services in our room once during our stay (contrary to what we were told at check in). It just seems that this hotel’s management had given up on insuring that this property lives up to Marriott standards.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Great price point, comfortable beds, room has a living room area and with a desk, mini fridge, coffee table, & even a small microwave!
The absolute shining star though is the breakfast manager! She is a ray of delight! We stayed here for a weekend volleyball tournament and had to be at the facility at 6:50. Upon arriving, we learned breakfast starts at 7 am on weekends. The breakfast manager heard about all the volleyball girls and opened breakfast at 6:15 to make sure all these kids would be fed before heading out to volleyball!! What a great surprise and much appreciated! We will definitely be back!

This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to tons of food options on I-Drive, yet you’re not right on busy I-Drive. Everything else about the hotel was average at best. The rooms and decor were all dated, but nothing broken or unusable. The room had an odd layout, like the open closet right beside the bed and the ceiling fan over the desk instead of the bed. With all of the options around the Orlando area I will probably choose a different place next time.

My son and I stayed there for four nights and although the people at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful, we were very disappointed at the cleanliness and overall appearance of the hotel. The hallways looked horrible and dirty. They needed a serious vacuuming and the carpet needed cleaning. The trash cans just outside the back entrance were overflowing with garbage. Yes, they may have been shorthanded over the holiday weekend and because of this whole COVID thing, however, it doesn’t take much or too long to run a vacuum up and down the hallways and get rid of the trash too. The room itself was fine. No real complaints there except for the fact that every morning when we started the shower it seemed like an earthquake was happening. Obviously some problems there with the pipes. The noise went away eventually after pushing the plunger on the tub faucet up and down a few times. Overall, it was just okay. The room was spacious and the people were great at the front desk. Other than that.... Will probably be looking elsewhere the next time we stay in Orlando.

The positives are the room is spacious and has a mini kitchen. The hotel itself was fine overall. The negatives were the room was dirty and had broken furniture. I generally wouldn’t even write a review and overlook small cleaning things but there were major issues. A used black sock and used solo cup on the floor that had to have been visible to whoever cleaned. The couch wasn’t usable to use because of some suspicious looking stains. I chatted with management when checking out and they didn’t bother to reply when I brought these things up even to apologize. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and would have loved to leave this review on that site but I tried and learned for the first time they only let people leave reviews that they’ve invited to review. That alone is highly concerning
