We stayed one night in the Cedar Cottage Loft as a family of three. It was well priced, the accommodation was as described, and was clean and comfortable. We had no concerns at all with it, and it was good value for money, with off street parking. We would happily stay there again.

Cedar Cottages was our self contained accommodation for 5 nights on a recent visit to Hobart for a family wedding. It is close to the Derwent estuary and The Beach Restaurant where the wedding reception was held. Check in is via keys in a lock box and check is the same. We did not meet the owners at all. Parking...

Our school group stayed in both Country Cottage and Country Suite. The layout of both buildings suited us well - bedrooms and bathrooms for students and staff. A welcome surprise was the ensuite in Country Cottage. Kitchens were well resourced with everything we needed for cooking and we managed to fit 15 people in the kitchen/dining to eat. We stayed...

The house was very clean, easily fit 10 of us. It has everything in it including kitchen and laundry. By standing on the balcony upstairs, you will enjoy the sunrise view in the blackmans bay. It is just 15 mins to Hobart by car. We are all happy with the stay. I would definitely book again in the future.

We were 10 of us and found this home the best part of our trip. Not only is it huge and spacious, it is so close to the beach and supermarket. Central to all tourist spots and best of all, owner's communication was excellent throughout.

Our main aim for this visit was that two of our children would be in Hobart over Christmas and so we felt it easier for the two of us to travel to Hobart so that the children could still remain in contact with their partner's family whilst still managing to catch up with my husband and I. Stayz was suggested...

We stayed in the new house which is one of 2 properties on that site - separate from the cedar cottages. It's just like staying in a normal house. whilst you are not part of a site (with playground etc); it is a really nice house, well appointed, not on the beach, but a nice walk to the beach, cafes,...

Had cause to stay at Cedar Loft in October while visiting rellies. Great setting, great views, on the face of it a good deal, with excellent bathroom, heating, full kitchen (microwave, toaster, fridge, and a stove stored under sink), small TV/Dvd, full laundry facilities, iron, vacuum, off-street parking. But the place is owned at a distance and poorly managed locally....
