Hi, The Palm Beach Hotel is a hotel/condominium where all the rooms and suites are individually owned and offered for rent by the owner or their agent. We are a beautiful Mediterranean Revival building, like the Breakers, built in 1926, listed on the National Historic Registry. Because we are a hotel/condominium we are able to offer lower rates for a lovely room in the same great location as the Breakers.
