I read reviews for this hotel before booking our trip and saw that some people were not happy with this "hotel," most were satisfied or really liked it, so decided to try it. The rooms needs upgrading, for sure, but my biggest complaint was not being allowed to sit at the tables with umbrellsas near the sea wall to enjoy...

I booked this hotel on the recommendation of friends who live nearby, as well as the recommendation of a local diveboat operator. After reading some of the reviews I wondered what I had gotten myself into. Well my wife and I checked in early, around noon, and our room was ready for us in 1/2 hour. We had a very...

My girlfriend and I just went there last week for one night. We flew in from Atlantic City, New Jersey for a one day getaway. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 and were able to get right up to the room. The rooms were average enough for us (how much time do you spend in a room?). The weather...

We stayed at the Oceanfront Inn February 2-6, 2005, we thought it was wonderful! We loved the intimacy and ambiance of the place. The food was great and the prices were to be expected. We especially enjoyed the huge, complimentary, breakfast with the sun coming up and the waves crashing just feet away. All of the staff were friendly and...

after reading many reviews, i decided to book a room directly with the hotel. The front desk was very cordial and accomodating, as I was a single mother traveling with a small child. They provided me with a complimentary crib, which to my delight had brand new baby bedding and complimentary baby toiletries. I must say everyone was extremely accomodating...

I recently stayed at this hotel. In reading the reviews, I was some what leary, but to my surprise I was more then pleased. My room was clean, the bathroom, I agree was old, but still clean. The food was incredible. Considering the hurricanes of 04, Im grateful the place is still standing, and can more then understand the shortage...

Old, run-down, scummy, scummy, filthy place. That is your first impression when you pull in --- and it only gets worse! Oceanfront??? From any of the rooms (tried 3 different ones the first night) you do not see the ocean , hear the ocean , or smell the ocean! You see a filthy parking lot with garbage all over. You...

The rooms are small and contain cheap furniture, as I expected for the price. But they were also dirty and run down. The blankets were filthy, but they did give us new ones when we complained. The bathroom was mildewed. The floors are all tile, but I think they only mopped the bathroom floor, as the rest was dirty all...

If your looking for luxury then this is not the place to go..but if your interested in staying in a run down hotel that looks like it was built in the 50's with the same furniture..chipped..scratched..the bed matress was awful..the shower curtain had mold on it! Otherwise it was clean...however it has tile flooring..no rugs.. and I thought the rooms...

Otherwise, You may be near the street or closer to the bar and pool, just ask. When I was there last, some rooms had been renovated and others had not. The internet/Wi-Fi may work better in some areas than others.”
