The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach garners high praise for its pristine cleanliness and luxurious amenities, including the well-maintained pool and beach areas, alongside quality dining experiences. Guests appreciate the sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, though some suggest certain areas could benefit from an update. While the rooms are commended for their spaciousness and cleanliness, opinions are split due to some outdated elements and poor lighting. Despite these criticisms, the service at the resort is lauded as exceptional, with staff members frequently recognized for their attentiveness and professionalism. However, the overall value is a point of contention, with some guests feeling the cost does not align with the services and amenities provided.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and could not have had a better experience. We extended one day because we did not want to leave! The hotel is the perfect size and conveniently located on the beach, so that everything is quick and easy to get to. The service was top notch, and every staff member went above and beyond. We experienced great service both poolside and beach side, being waited on constantly. Everything from moving our umbrellas for shade throughout the day, call service buttons left on the tables, and little added touches like cleaning our sunglasses and samples of drinks and snacks. We were honestly blown away everyday!! The poolside gelato cart was a special treat. Every meal was delicious and could be personalized however you wanted. The room was very spacious, bed was beyond comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. All the amenities were outstanding-- gym and spa area, complimentary car to take you nearby, and all of the housekeeping services were exceptional. We will 100% be coming back here!!
Special shout out to Cristhiano in the bar, Nick and Phil at the front desk, Kevin at the pool/beach, the house car driver and all the bell men. Everyone was SO lovely!!

My husband and I recently took a “babymoon” and had an amazing time!

The hotel is an easy 15 minute ride from the airport and we were greeted by Christie, a friendly and warm front desk attendant. She provided us champagne (and water) and delicious cake pops while discussing the grounds. She was able to check us in at noon and provided us a two class room upgrade with partial ocean view.

The grounds, pool, and beach were very well taken care of. Our room was clean, beautiful, and extremely spacious.

Flories had unique and versatile dishes. Our dinner service was excellent and Marcus was extremely knowledgeable about the menu.

Flories breakfast was outstanding! The coffees, service, and food was prompt. Our server, Stamede, greeted us each morning and had such a warm energy to her.

The pool and beach staff (Ella, Justin, and Kyle) were always on top of their game. They took excellent care of us. A cherry on top was the attention to detail - a pool attendant was always walking around refilling waters, ice, and cool hand towels. They also come around provided free “treats” every so often such as mini milkshakes, fresh fruit, and juices.

Chris, the house car driver, was so informative and responsive. He gave us excellent recommendations.

We will definitely be back to the property again. The resort is VERY kid friendly and we saw many families utilizing the kids club and beach toys for their children.

Another great Four Seasons experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. Staff paid great attention to detail - it felt like my room was cleaned every time I left. The pool service was amazing and the facilities are beautiful. Already looking forward to my next trip!

My assessment of my stay period is that it was very wonderful and a lot of fun, with the presence of the reception and reception staff who were very friendly and always had smiles, as well as the hotel manager, Mr. Mazen, who was extremely cooperative, welcoming, caring and cooperative.

But on the other hand, there are reasons that made me not think about returning again
1- The suite is not symmetrical and does not make me feel comfortable, and there is no carpet or carpet on the floor
2- The toilet section of the bathroom is narrow, making it difficult to move
3- A great view of the ocean, but after sunset it becomes scary and lonely due to the extreme darkness. There are no lights and lighting on the beach like many other hotels, and there are also no sitting rooms and tables close to the sea with lighting for those who want to sit at night, which made us ask several times for a suite overlooking the pool area. But the request is rejected with strange excuses
4- The staff providing service in the rooms, providing food and cleaning the rooms, many of them are not friendly at all and there are no smiles on their faces and they make us feel depressed.
5- The types of food and dishes are very, very few and not delicious, and we did not enjoy any of the dishes that were tried
6- We were very, very upset and annoyed as the suite was changed twice. The first time was because of us, as we had reserved it for a short period, and when we tried to extend it, they told us that it was not possible to extend the same suite and had to change it due to construction work, so we extended it for a month in a new suite, but after 20 days they asked us to move to the previous suite. There is construction work in the current suite again, even though our reservation was valid and had not expired, and we were not compensated with anything at all, which caused severe discomfort.

Check in went well. Lunch at seaway was great (Juan was attentive and efficient without hovering) the food was so good.
Pool service was on point.
Florie’s at dinner was painful; the food was fair at best, our server Rick was both incompetent and dismissive. The floor manager did step in after I stopped her and asked for help. All the while being dripped on by air conditioner condensation.

Only to return to our room, where we had plz don’t disturb; to find obvious signs someone had indeed entered in our absence.

NOTICE. We took our valuables to dinner due to the fact that we were unable to use the room safe. Someone deliberately set a code then left it open. When we returned from dinner we called front desk immediately. The phone in the room was NOT in service- No dial tone. We couldn’t contact security.
We had the phone number in our cell from making the reservation
We were told they’d look into it. No response. We follow up and was told they would know if someone entered the room. Because they had no record of it, they said “it couldn’t have happened.” It was late, so next morning we had a face to face with “hotel manager” Sock (she claims she’s the property manager) She was apologetic but again stated it couldn’t have happened for list of reasons. One being they are friendly with the PBPD. So what I heard was:
“ you must be mistaken; and this is why…”
In the two conversations I had with her she claimed she worked for the company 10 years 4 years and 11 years. IMO U lose all credibility when you talk about yourself so much and don’t even know your own story. She offered us nothing but an apology, until we we requested an immediate check out and contact info to request compensation. It has been several weeks and I am still waiting on the supposed investigation results she promised to send.

We had planned a spa day, instead decided to check out early

It’s technically in Palm Beach….

The room air conditioner was either on full blast or off

There was good quality stable furniture with plenty of seating

Overall it was fine. Nothing valuable was taken and by the foresight and grace shown by the lady at the front desk at checkout with long strawberry blond hair (sorry I didn’t catch her name) on 8-7-22 made us feel like a valued guest.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Four Seasons Palm Beach to celebrate his birthday and it was a great choice. We were greeted with champagne at check in and in the room the staff left a birthday dessert along with a handwritten note, adding a sweet touch to our stay. Room wasn’t too spacious and compared to other four seasons it seemed outdated. The hotel is adjacent to the beach which makes walking between pool and beach easy. The beach is gorgeous and staff is always pleased to serve us, but we stayed mostly on the quiet/adult pool. We ordered lunch at the pool and beach - the fried calamari is a must.
Complimentary poolside gelato was a nice treat. We had dinner at Flories and the atmosphere and service did not disappoint, however, I did not like my dish of choice, the lobster ravioli, as the pasta felt undercooked and filling was too salty. However, the eggs Benedict I had at breakfast at Florie’s Market were tasteful and would recommend. Would definitely recommend Four Seasons Palm beach for a Florida getaway.

Understated for a four seasons. At first we thought it was tired and then realized it was recently renovated to look like old Florida. Not my favorite but definitely clean, neat and pleasant.

What sets this hotel apart is the staff - from the valet team to the front desk to the beach team, everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. Even when we sort of threw a fit about something that seemed important at the time , the front desk team was patient, polite and responsive (not sure I would have been that way to me).

In particular we want to shout out Amy at the front desk and Hermy at the beach. They were among those that made this a fabulous stay!

Also worthy of note - the food at the beach/pool was amazing. Somebody knows how to cook!

Only suggestion is - get new sofa beds that do not need a crow bar to open and that have a comfortable mattress that does not leave spring imprints on your body when you awake in the morning, This hotel is too expensive and fancy to have such a terrible accommodation .

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The bedding was cloud-like, the room layout was intuitive, and the bathroom was spa-worthy. What really stood out was how the staff remembered our preferences after just one day - from our favorite breakfast table to our preferred newspaper. The location couldn't have been better, and the overall ambiance was serene yet sophisticated.

We are locals and have stayed at the breakers , the Flagler club, and many others. Four Seasons Palm Beach stands out in absolute excellence in service and hospitality . What sets this resort apart from all the others in the area is that the staff and the architecture and decor together create a unique understated elegance that is deeply relaxing at its core. Every single staff member we interacted with offered us unparalleled attention to our needs and wants . Attention to detail is found in every activity , every step, every request .

A special note of appreciation goes to Preston who went out of his way to ensure my husband and I had a special and wonderful 21st anniversary weekend . We also enjoyed the spa . The beach cabana was so worth it and the service offered at the beach was phenomenal. Food was outstanding for breakfast and lunch . We were underwhelmed by our dinner experience at Florine’s but the hotel is near excellent dining options in nearby worth avenue .

Overall we had an excellent stay in our beautiful ocean view suite on the fourth floor . We can’t wait to do a yearly staycation at this phenomenal property and we are so grateful to the wonderful staff . Highly recommend !

This is a lovely hotel- the color palette and decor are so beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our overnight away from our children and the stay went by far too fast! The lobby staff was so kind to give us pink stuffed flamingos for our children, as the gift shop didn’t have anything for us to bring back for them.
Valet and check-in were easy but I will note that both days, one of the valets had strong body odor. Quite an unpleasant smell, but he was very nice and professional so I feel bad mentioning it.
Poolside service was personable and quick. There was a conference going on and a few of the pool patrons were loud and kind of annoying, but we didn’t mind overall. The beach was very windy both days but looked pristine and relaxing!
Our room was perfect and not dark like others have mentioned. The only issue I had was that the bathroom light has an automatic sensor when you walk in and there is no option to prevent it from happening. It was VERY disruptive in the middle of the night, so when we return I will be packing some tape to cover the sensor!
In room dining was a breeze- we ordered breakfast at 7am and had it set up on our balcony by 7:30am. I appreciated the Nespresso in our room so we could enjoy coffee as soon as we woke up.
One major note: the menu prices via the scanned QR code in our room had different prices than what we were charged. I included photos to show the $3 increase for the baked goods (pain au chocolat and croissant) and $2 increase for the French toast. Some items were accurate but this is ridiculous. While I know the price of many things is going up, if you are the Four Seasons and rely on a digital menu it can’t be hard to update those prices. It clearly had been updated in their system for billing purposes.
Aside from a few little concerns, our stay was 10/10 and the next time we are in FL and can leave the kids, we will be back!!!!!!!!!
