Nestled in a convenient location, the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center is celebrated by many for its proximity to dining and pet-friendly attitude. Guests are welcomed by a clean and inviting atmosphere, although occasional noise can be a concern. The hotel's amenities, which include a praised dining experience and commendable service, are generally well-received, despite some maintenance remarks about the hot tub. While the rooms are appreciated for their modern touches and tidiness, some reviewers find the pricing steep, questioning the overall value and pointing out extra fees.

Pleasant fresh scent greeted us at the door as walked into a lovely "garden like" lobby and we received a pleasant reception from the personnel at checkin (i failed to get her name but the young lady on duty approx 4pm on sat 3/7/20 provided great service). This really is a nice looking property and relatively clean for a hotel; a few things were found- (see photos) but then in this day and age we always do our own cleaning anywhere we stay...so i would definitely stay here again!

We wanted a king and the only thing left was an "accessible" room which actually gives you more space and a larger bathroom.

Breakfast in the morning (we picked the breakfast included option when we booked- much cheaper) was definitely worth it! Cooked to order buffet breakfast including your typical breakfast meats pancakes waffles and then cereal and fruit for those who want a lighter
start. The servers were likewise friendly.

My family of seven guests with two rooms including my chair-bound husband who is a disabled veteran, stayed at this location in the first week of June 2021. Upon arrival, the outdoors area was nicely landscaped and the lobby was clean and welcoming. We had a few issues in the beginning, however hotel managerial response from Jay Bailey, guest services manager, allows me to feel comfortable giving 5 stars.

The firsr morning, we had an issue in the pool area. I first called to ask for more towels. After getting out to the security gate only to see the pool area was still locked at 8:10am, I turned around to enter the hotel again and the key card lock was not working. I called the male front desk personnel again only to get a gruff answer of, "I told you I was sending someone ma'am". Perhaps this person needs to review the Hilton's mission statement that includes being the most hospitable company and creating "heartfelt" experiences for guest. I will say, Jay, however is putting into practice that very experience. We had room issues with the A/C, it ended up being a big ordeal to move my 100% oxygen dependent husband, changing bedsheets ourselves. When I.came down to speak with a manager, Jay gave me his full attention and concern for my current experience and did what he could to turn our experience into a great one. I loved how he dropped his pen, turned away from the desk and gave my concerns his full attention. Even gave me his card if anything further was needed.

The bar that week was fantastic, the bartender made us drinks that were well done and she even served us despite almost closing time. We also gave a try to the hotel restaurant, no complaints there; the waitress was very attentive, friendly and the food came out fast, fresh and very tasty!

Thank you Jay, the waitress and the bartender. Also, housekeeping. I know you were busy and did the best you could, and short-staffed due to the recent climate of the world.

I've stayed in many HGI's, and I can't remember any places "worse" than this one. I say "worse" because the place isn't terrible; it's just not up to Hilton's standards. Whenever you walk into a Hilton property, you are always greeted with a smile and "Thank you for being a Hilton Honors member." Not here. The desk clerk, John by name, was gruff, unsmiling, and not once did he greet me with the time-honored Hilton greeting. The rooms are dated but comfortable. I could tell they were dated by the carpeting and the fact that there are absolutely no usb outlets and in this day and age. Don't get me wrong: the housekeeper, Rosa, was absolutely wonderful. When we went down for breakfast, there's the typical podium with the "wait to be seated' sign. There were only two or three tables of people, but we stood there for a few minutes before we decided to go sit where we wanted. It was a typical HGI breakfast, not bad, but nothing extraordinary. i would almost always give an HGI stay a four or five star review, but I just can't do it this time.

Do not stay here unless you want to hear tap, a tap, a tap, boom, boom, boom, drill, drill, drill all day from 0900 - 0600 including Saturday and Sundays.

Hot tub has been closed for a week for maintenance, shipping containers and trash containers in the parking lot. Great.

Asked the manager to move me into a different room, or a different hotel, unwilling or unable to do so.

So much for the Hilton “Make It Right” Guarantee.

To say we are happy with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast would be an understatement. We checked on availability after one night at another hotel where we were originally booked for a week. From my online research, I knew they had rooms available but we needed it ASAP as we wanted to check out of the other hotel and needed to leave for an event soon.

General Manager Dan Mundrean was at the check-in desk when I walked in quite exasperated and hopeful for a better experience. Upon hearing my story of terrible dog smell at the other hotel (in both rooms we were given ), he immediately booked us a room and said it would be cleaned immediately and available by the time we needed it at 1:00 p.m. What a relief! We received an alert that the room was actually ready at 11:00 a.m.

When my husband & I entered our HGI room, we both smiled and I cheered. The room was exceptionally clean, smelled great, only had carpet under the beds, and was very roomy. Everyone we came into contact with at this hotel was friendly and helpful. As we were leaving our room one day, we were asked by the lady assigned to clean our room if were sure we didn't need it cleaned that day. What a nice surprise. And the gentleman assisting us with check-out was also very nice.

We will be staying at this hotel each year when we are in Florida. Thank you to Dan and his team for saving our trip!

Right off the bat, I knew this was going to be special! The staff greeted us with a big smile and treated us like family. The hotel was clean, inviting and the lobby had a gorgeous fish tank to capture your attention. There was plenty of room in the lobby for folks to sit and chat. When we got to the room, there was a seal on the door showing us it had been cleaned and ready for us to use. The room was nicely kept, and the bed was comfortable!

This Hilton is close to the beach, has awesome conference rooms, a bar, a restaurant, continental breakfast, gym, pool, and more! It is close to so many great places to explore. We went bike riding, walking and met some friendly people along the way! If you are coming to Flager Beach, this is the place to stay!

I travel with my two small (10lb) Dogs. I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns as they are nice and generally pet friendly. I am accustomed to paying a $50 pet fee at most of them (a couple where I stay regularly now wave the fee as my dogs are tiny and well behaved.) I have never before been charged "per pet." When I checked in the lady said, oh the pet fee is $75 we will have to add that to the bill. Higher than normal, but I said fine. I just looked at my emailed bill and called as I was charged $150, and was told the fee was per pet.

I feel ripped off. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member, and was told I could call back on Monday to take it up with the manager. I work, so that won't happen, but I will never stay at this place again, and would urge any pet owner to stay at a more truly pet friendly place. I was also told when I checked in that dogs were not to be left in the rooms alone, so I did not dare even go have dinner.

We stayed at the HGI in Palm Coast for 4 nights so we could attend the Daytona 500. We were greeted at the front desk by Alejandra and we stayed in the room we had selected online. A couple of hours after checking we asked Alejandra if we could have two more pillows and within 5 minutes Brendan shows up at our door with two pillows. Talk about your extreme customer service. Great job Alejandra and Brendan! Conrad Hilton would’ve been proud! I realize the hotel was packed with NASCAR fans so it’s hard to plan breakfast with a full house, especially when everyone is on the same schedule so all show up at once. However, if there was any place that could be improved, I’d say busing tables and monitoring coffee pots so the staff knows when they’re empty without customers having to find someone to tell them the coffee is out. Also running out of coffee cups to the point where a lady asked if she could have mine if I’m done, is not good. Perhaps the staff was short handed that Saturday, regardless that is something that needs a little attention. All in all a very positive visit with lots of TV channels, but needs a real time guide when there is almost 100 channels. Thanks for a good stay!

Very quiet hotel, free coffee in the morning. Hotel is about 10 minutes from town center located on the southern section of Palm Coast just off 95 but located set back off of highway 100. Has small gym nice pool behind where it is also quiet. Breakfast purchase for $10.00. No complaints.
