Relaxing, authentic Florida setting to have our family all together for New Years. Lots to do and see in the area ~ feels like a home away from home! Everyone was very accommodating and gracious. The rooms are clean and spacious~

My family has been coming here for many years. The last few visits had us wondering if we had lost our sweet place to escape to; the service was not the same and the grounds were not very clean. But on our last visit the management had changed and things were perfect. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and some old familiar...

You would think it, but this mid-20th century motor lodge is designated historic. Made of coquina rock, the facade is a throw back. However, the rooms are all up to date, and surprisingly well designed. The grounds go back to the river, and are quite extensive. We re quite pleased and have returned several times.

Family and Friends spent several days celebrating my brother-in-laws birthday and bidding a bon voyage to Nephew and family headed to South Korea for two years with the Army. Sister could not have chosen a more convenient, unique, clean, family friendly place to bring everyone together. Days were spent by pool, riding boat kept at nearby dock, sightseeing or just...

We had about 8 rooms with guests arriving at different days and Wiz coordinated it all. If you are looking for perfection you won’t find it here. This place is not perfect but it’s a great relaxed environment. Don’t’ expect the Marriott when you are paying less than half the price. The prices can’t be beat and the grounds are...

We stayed here for three days in the middle of the week with our pups and a fourteen year old. The room was large and the staff and neighbors friendly. We parked the car and never really had to drive anywhere. The beach is a twenty minute walk, (nice wide sidewalk),with a dog friendly beach. The property has a small...

Many thanks to the staff of Palm Coast Villas for their patience while we Celebrated our 37th family reunion this holiday weekend. I loved our room which was part of the original building. I would love to see earlier pictures of this unique motel.

This is not a resort with fancy clothing, etc. Simple quaint place to stay. Close to the beach without the traffic of the beach going crowd. Close to St. Augustine for a day trip. Close to Flagler Beach as well. The pool is just the right size and you can't beat the price. Staff has always been friendly and helpful....

We stayed on Friday and Saturday nights for a weekend getaway. Loved the coquina walls and the quaintness of this facility. Enjoyed the pool for swimming and sitting around in the evening with friends. Will definitely return.

Stayed one night. Woman at front desk was not professional or nice at all. We had booked earlier for one night after a stay in St. Augustine. When we got there, we were told we could not use the public bathroom right across from the front desk. She told us to go upstairs.....there was a filthy bathroom up there. We...
