We stayed two nights while in Pensacola to see some Blue Wahoos baseball games. I'm not sure what else was going on in the area but hotels were ridiculously expensive, over double what I'd expect. This was a nice place but not worth anywhere the $250/night they were charging. We arrived right at the 4 PM checkin time and were able to get right into our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room had a tight bedroom area separated from a small living room with pullout sofabed by the bathroom. Not a great overall setup but it worked ok for us. The bathroom could use a vent fan or the one in there needs to be improved if there is one. We didn't have much time in the hotel so did not use the pool or fitness center but both looked nice. We interacted with a few staff members and all were friendly and helpful. The only reason for my 4 instead of 5 rating is that for such an overpriced hotel, you'd think breakfast would be included. They wanted $15 per person! No thanks, the Dunkin Donuts next door provided me with perfectly good breakfasts for a few dollars.

Love this place - dog friendly (you cannot take him to the free breakfast buffet though), 5 floors, easy off highway, a Barnes & Noble right across the street. I would stay again. A/C cools nicely. Will be back. Shout out to all the dog friendly staff, I felt welcome, it is worth the $75 extra fee, maybe add a dog run with all that land out back? [sits adjacent to Residence Inn, maybe the two properties could share a dog run]

This hotel was very well kept and clean. A great night stay after a long day of travel. We wished breakfast had been included. Dunkin’ Donuts was right next door or you could buy breakfast at the hotel which looked delicious. The price was $14.95 per person.

Very unhappy that you must request housekeeping services if you are to receive them. If you are not going to provide those services, then discount your rooms. Even after request, got poor services (left trash in trashcan and on floor). Waitress serving breakfast unhappy and complainer. Overall, OK stay, but, lack of good housekeeping services put a major damper on overall stay. Room was clean upon arrival. Guests should know that if you stay at this hotel more than 1 night, and you want clean towels and trash dumped, beds made, you must request those services 24 hrs. in advance. Sad. Should mention that desk staff did try to make up for poor housekeeping services with 2 free breakfast vouchers. Then we got to listen to waitress complain about our arriving for breakfast "at the last minute" and how much she has to do for that job (serves and washes the dishes). Need to figure out how to attract good, hard working employees and how to make them feel appreciated and keep them happy, without increasing the cost of the room to the point that no one wants to pay to stay there. Good luck.

We decided to stay here based on a recommendation from our AmEx card’s hotel recommendations. Plus not sure why all the mediocre hotels in Pensacola were so costly all of a sudden. We checked in on Sunday, 7/16 around 7:40 pm. The front desk was curt, not friendly and didn’t bother saying hello but snapped “Name?!?!” When it was our turn to check in. She seemed spread thin and didn’t care about being friendly. I had specifically booked a room that wasn’t handicapped accessible. Once we checked in, they decided to give us an accessible room anyway. The room smelled so bad once the door opened, it smelled like a stable. The bathroom wasn’t that clean. Tissues were a mess. I think they tried to do a design but looked messy. No body was, etc. one small soap to wash your hand AND use in shower! The shower wasn’t clean at all and had MOLD all over the old, dirty shower curtain. We didn’t bother saying anything to the lady at the front desk, based ok her attitude when we checked in. Check out wasn’t anything better. There were three ladies that didn’t care that others were waiting but having a lengthy conversation with a lady checking out and helping her print something out for her job. As multiple business owners we pride ourselves on how we and our staff treat clients. We’ve also stayed at numerous hotels in the Pensacola and Destin area and this is by far one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The lady named Sara listened to my concern regarding the mold and said she’ll let the GM know. She was at least a bit more concerned than the rest of the staff. Not sure how others think this is a quality hotel. Maybe if you have large dogs which I saw all over. We definitely won’t stay here ever again. Hilton has gone way down hill. Complete wast of money.

Arrived at the hotel during dinner time and my colleague and I had a amazing dinner and our waitress Frances was so personable and kind! The dinner chef even came out to greet us and we all shared a laugh. However, the following morning we thought we would have the same great experience and that was a BIG NEGATIVE! The server Wanda was extremely rude and impatient and when we requested if we could have the food "to go" she stated with attitude "That will be $2 fee! Either way you gotta tip!" They even began to vacuum letting us know that we needed to hurry up! I understand that customer service is challenging and we have all been affected due to COVID-19 but that is no excuse to be rude and nasty to customers. I would give this hotel a 1 but the evening staff was so nice to us. If you do choose to stay at this Hilton location don't bother with the breakfast but the dinner and the evening staff will leave a much more pleasant experience.

Ms. Deidra was so nice when I booked the reservation. It was really nice to meet her. Everyone was friendly, staff always held the elevator, environmental services female on the 1st floor who changed out towels in the workout room was so very nice. The hotel is very clean and my friend's reception was elegant. We had a fantastic time.
Special recognition for Ms. Diedra, Front Desk and the lady who cleaned the exercise room on Saturday morning. Both were very kind. Ms. Diedra booked my room and welcomed us upon our arrival. Her expertise in the customer experience is first class. She made me feel so welcomed and smiled every time I saw her. She is definitely an asset and I hope you will share my comments with her.

We were visiting friends in the area , but chose to stay here so we would have a handicapped accessible shower. The room, lobby, restaurant were all clean and inviting. We were treated very well by all employees. The air conditioning worked well and the room had every amenity we needed.

This hotel is price gauging due to storm evacuees from the hurricane. The room smelled awful and the bed was hard as a brick. We were highly disappointed to be charged that much money for one night. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves.

This particular hotel (which is really very nice) is more on the north side of Pensacola. It is not a large city, so just about everything is 30 min. or less away. You go over the Gulf Breeze Parkway to get to the beaches. While in Pensacola I highly recommend eating at McGuire's Irish Pub - great food and wonderful atmosphere, and visiting the Naval Aviation Museum. I am not normally an aficionado of all things military or planes in general, but it was truly interesting to see and listen to one of the tour guides.

Yes, Just south of the hotel over a bridge. White sugar sand. I think recently voted one of the top beaches in USA.
