Have stay at the Navy Lodge on Pensacola NAS several times over the years and the building has been renovated and that continues in stages. Can't beat the price of the room in Pensacola, this stay I was given a room on the ground floor which was OK, but the room was just of the main lobby and door to...

I only stayed here because my friend booked the room. The room was damp and smelled a bit bad. Caution tape blocked an exit in the main lobby. The price was good, so I guess you get what you pay for. I would personally rather pay more and enjoy where I stay.

Personalized service, completely customer oriented, respectful of our military and retirees. Whether on TAD/TDY or R&R, I find the Lodge a cozy, quiet, convenient place to stay. Warm breakfast in AM, beautiful view of the beach, close to everything on base. Manager's socialon WED evening and do some meet and greet. Suites are great for family, I have stayed on...

We're definitely fans of the Navy Lodges. They are usually convenient to the base, the rooms are clean, prices reasonable and they have a good continental breakfast. This one is huge. We had two double beds, hot plate, microwave and refrigerator. We had absolutely no complaints plus the beach was right out our patio. What more could we ask for.

I stayed here one night as I needed a stop off en route and a friend suggested that I visit the Naval Aviation Museum (which is excellent btw!). I was traveling with 2 dogs and all pet rooms seem to be at the far end of the hotel which is fair enough. However my strongly smelt of damp and was...

It's on a white sandy beach!!! - which is 99% of my requirements for a perfect vacation. On top of that, every room has a full service kitchen where you can prepare and serve home made meals. Breakfast is included and served daily in the lobby, where there's always a fresh stack of USA Today newspapers. Housekeeping services visit daily,...

Anyone who follows my reviews knows that I love a 'wonderful-bed' hotel experience. The beds at the Navy Lodge are a standard type bed which is what I am paying for with such a great price. I can get a good night's sleep without waking up hurting in my hips and back. The single queen bed rooms are basic. The...

Stayed for 2 nights & 2 days, and totally enjoyed it. The staff is so helpful, and gracious answering all questions thoroughly and with a smile. The room was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect for our visit since the ceremony was held at the Naval Museum. Beautiful views! Breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed at!...

This Navy Lodge is far ahead of others in its class. It is situated in a unique location inside Pensacola Naval Air Station: In a low hill top with views, next to a large sandy beach, close to a historic lighthouse, within walking distance to the NAVY Museum, and surrounded by oaks / protected vegetation. The parking lot reflected its...

The first room smelled meldew from the AC and dirty carpet. We had to clean the furniture ourselves because we have a toddler with us. The next day, we asked to be transferred to a different room because we found 3 roaches. They moved us in the top floor which was a little bit cleaner than the first; however, it...
